I think you missed my question:
A dead winner of an Oscar, Emmy, Tony or Grammy?

Not missed, but as could be implied from my response, the answer for this seemingly easy question was not entirely straightforward. I ultimately landed on what I strongly believe to be the correct answer, after some research and internal debate.

Technically not dead; or technically not a winner of an Oscar, Emmy, Tony or Grammy?
This is an actual question, not a clarification. I trust you will agree it is a binary question; given your previous answer that he was technically not one of those things, it is now binary to determine which of those two he is "technically not".

He is confirmed dead since it was revealed that he was born in the USA, and the answer to the question of "living[,] and born in the USA?" was no.cdngooner wrote: ↑Wed Mar 13, 2024 8:07 pmTechnically not dead; or technically not a winner of an Oscar, Emmy, Tony or Grammy?

So the answer to your question is that he technically not the winner of an Oscar, Emmy, Tony or Grammy.
Not counting this as question due to the above.
Edit: I suppose there could be some ambiguity if he was lost at sea or something and never formally declared dead. So let me be clear, he is dead, no trickery on that front.
