Case 1:

They're both scum.

This is weird...but I think within Brain's ability. I don't know about D&W. He'd have been coached though at least.

Case 2: D&W and kaka are scum.

Brain is baiting reactions, looking for action and D&W steps in it.

Case 3: Brain and kaka are scum.

I don't see it. All Brain had to do was wait a minute for kaka to sign on and win.
