Yes. Here's what PyChess had to write of 2...Ke2!!:

Black sacrifices material;
Black puts opponent in check;
Black can no longer castle

Sanity checking of the entered notation is clearly incomplete, but it does exist; parsing 3. Bc4 failed, apparently because the Black King was in its way.

There's not many rules to Team Chess, but one of them is knowledge of how the pieces move. By implication, players are expected to only make legal moves.
