Actually another thing I was just thinking about is how sophistry is the tool of the scum and relying overmuch on argument and facts can be bad for town. So maybe it IS frog? He seems very townie at times but he has spent way too much juice arguing why he can’t be scum.

The Wave that Food will never Surf
===============================
He looked at the vat and shook his head. The iron bands around that giant barrel has slipped. Again, the third time this year, it should really be replaced by now. He shrugged, then went to his superiors office to report as usual.
"No harm whatever would ensue" he got as answer, as usual. Well, probably correct, as nothing happened before when it occured.
Just about an hour later, the vat suddenly bursted, right in front of his eyes, standing on a platform not afar. A jet of porter bursted to a neighbouring vat, damaging and removing the stopcock from it, which also began discharging its content. Several hogsheads of porter were destroyed, adding to the liquid; the force destroyed the rear wall of the brewery.
A wave of porter, some 15 feet (or 4.6 metres) swept though the street, destroying two houses and badly damaging two others.
The beer wave flooded the nearby homes, the land around the brewery was low-lying and flat. With insufficient drainage, it could only go into the cellar, which lots of were inhabited at the time. People were forced to climb on furniture to avoid drowning.
The London Beer Flood
-) occured on 17th October of 1814
-) between 128,000 and 323,000 imperial gallons (that is 580,000-1,470,000 L or 154,000-388,000 US gal) of beer were released in total
-) eight people were killed, some of which attending a wake at the time
-) all the brewery workers survived (though three had to be rescued from the rubble)
-) the coroner's inquest judged the incident as an act of god, which saved the brewery for compensation; through the disaster, it not only lost the porter, but also needed to repair the buildings and was only saved from bankrupcy after a private petition to Parliament
-) later stories of mass drunkeness or death from alcohol poisoning seem to be fabricated as all sources at the time report of well-behaved crowds
