This i agree with, but I believe it is not Bunny and it is not mefoodcoats wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 6:43 pmJust czeching in, can't stay away from Mafia forever I guess. Sorry I wasn't around to nighthammer.
So the main reason I am resigned to dying is my voting. It's unfortunate that I strongly townread sweet and second-guessed my read on HB and I can't blame town for thinking I'm scum for that.
However, I am going to protest any talk of how me getting angry at the fake claims is scummy. It's actually just me being a town player who does not care to be misled by other town. I expect to be misled by the mafia but I see no benefit to being misled by, or for me to mislead, other town. It literally just makes it harder to solve the game. And if one of the reasons you think I am scum is because of those interactions, you are going to find out, shocker, that town fakeclaiming is bad for town solving because I'm town and fakeclaiming just leads to miskilling (I can 10,000% guarantee you I would have approached those claims much more carefully if I was scum). Similarly, it's bad because it soured me towards both brain and ghug; I might've been better able to judge them if we hadn't had that rocky patch between us. I think the whole thing is egotistical and uncooperative and those are not traits that benefit town. On the other hand, perhaps it's just the quirks of this little group and you are all used to this kind of shenanigans between you, but since I am less in tune with the community it just made it extra hard to sort stuff in my head.
I am going to hold onto my "It's Bunny" guess and see how well my gut turns out, although my analysis points to Will.

I believe chaqa's defense is sincere and I do not believe foodcoat's defense is sincere.

I think there have been signs every day and night phase that point to foodcoats being scum?

It doesn't appear very bus-likebozotheclown wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 2:05 pmChaqa discouraged votes for sweetandcool and Hamilton, encouraged votes for damo at EOD, and voted for sweetandcool when the DK was decided.
Chaqa's D1 could easily be scum motivated, and he would have been locked into town reading BunnyGo when it came down to sweetandcool and BunnyGo.

Feels sincereChaqa wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 4:58 pmFor the second half -bozotheclown wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 4:51 pmNo, but this could be an exception. ghug also said foodcoats was town and you seem to think he was wrong about that.Chaqa wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2024 2:24 pm@Bozo: do you believe yourself a better judge of my alignment than ghug?
If so, can you provide examples of where you were right and he was wrong?
If not, why do you believe this is an exception?
Do you have any opinion on the D1 stuff with brain and how it does or does not shed light on my alignment?
We're going to logic our way into another miskill like we did with ghug.
During D1, I thought it seemed like you were overreacting to what brainbomb said, possibly to discredit his suspicion of you. I know what ghug said, but I do not know what he is referring to about Fluminator.
I do think it is possible you were unlucky D1, but defending the 2 known mafia D1 EOD is going to make you look suspicious. Why did you believe these things:
I have had a strong town read on Bunny all game. This continues.
I don't recall exactly why I did not want to vote Food at the time. I think we can agree it was unimportant given the current game state. As for Sweet - I did not understand the case against him, and was under the impression it was scum-led.
I felt similarly about the case on Hamilton, and even once we had caught them I still did not really understand why:At the end of the day, it was a vote to save my townread Bunny. You should find this consistent with how I play as town. You have an excellent memory, you know I do defend my town reads vigorously.Chaqa wrote: ↑Sun Feb 11, 2024 5:18 pmIf you read all of my posts, I was skeptical of the lack of cases on sweet and Hamilton. I’m still not sure how we caught them besides dumb luckbozotheclown wrote: ↑Sun Feb 11, 2024 3:51 pm
Chaqa essentially said he would not vote for any of his counter wagons except damo, despite specifically not town reading Hamilton and sweetandcool an hour earlier.

A Night to Forget...
================
He was sitting in his chair, contemplating. His wife, who had finished cleaning the kitchen a bit before, was on the sofa, reading her book for the night. She looked worried from time to time to him, but continued reading.
He was anxious. Something was wrong, very wrong. He was but a simple food technician, but those strange things going on couldn't just be ignored.
He put out his notebook and scribbled some things in it, then crosses them out again, ripping the page out and throwing it in the fire. Over and over again. Thinking, writing, and thinking again.
His wife starting to become anxious too, she readies herself to ask what's going on. Then suddenly, he underlines his note, and yells: "Eureka! Now a light is dawning on me!" He leaves his note behind, goes to her wife, and kisses her on her forehead.
"I'll be going now. It will be late." Then he gets his jacket and umbrella, and leaves. She, looking confused, just wishes him a good night, but relieved that her dear husband felt better already, finished the chapter.
Then she goes over to the note, thinking what he had wrote, picking it up. There were only a few letters, and it read 'DEEZ NUTS'. She crumbled the note and threw it in the garbage.
Her husband was discovered, bare naked and heavily wounded, in his crashed car at 3am. The police investigation confirmed, that the wounds were not from the crash, but could only be from a lorry that rolled over the victim. The case is unsolved to this day.
The case YOGTZE
-) happened on the 25th October 1984 in South-Westphalia (West-Germany)
-) Günther Stoll visited his favourite pub after leaving home, where he showed strange behaviour
-) two hours after that, he talked to the neighbour of his parents home, tried to warn her about a dreadful event that will happen in this night
-) two hours after that, he was reported by two independet lorry drivers. His car did crash at the scene, but before he was brought to the hospital, he told the police that four other men, who weren't his friends, were in the car before and ran away. Nobody else was found.
-) the coroner testified that the deadly injuries, which led to the death before he reached the hospital, were inflicted by a heavy vehicle, like a lorry or big car, and cannot be possible come from the accident
-) the note he wrote before he left, six letters, YOGTZE, were namesake to this strange case, which is still unsolved but keeps getting investigated by the german police to this day

Well, there's still chances for doc saves.
##Vote Food
##end
Since Food has confirmed he is not he Doctor and has called it a fake claim as recently as yesterday, I can see no reason to suspect or believe he could be the doctor, so this seems right.
