I want to reiterate I do not believe ghug is mafia.

I would be open to hammering Food before him, but I think hammering *someone* most important.

I'd hammer food.

I think we should hammer ghug because:
1. I think he is mafia.
2. If he is not mafia, he is a good scum suspect and is not the doctor.

Keeping the doctor alive is of the utmost importance. If we decide to hammer someone, we have to hammer THAT PERSON AND THAT PERSON ONLY. If we were to flash-hammer food and he claims doc, then we hammer ghug anyway, and now scum knows who the doc is.
