I'm pretty much in the same boat Food is. I think it's Bozo. If it isn't Bozo, I need to re-evaluate a lot of things, so I want to go ahead and resolve that before worrying about anything else that's going on here.

If I had to pick a second candidate, it would be Dargo.

That is not what foodcoats said. foodcoats basically town read me but wants to DK me anyway.

I do have bozo as my most likely 3rd scum. I merely wanted to indicate, because I am pushing hard to DK bozo, that I already feel bad if I am wrong, and I recognize I am not the greatest scum hunter.

I think second most likely for me is indeed Chaqa at this time, but there are some other things going on. I feel like brain is trying to hard-distance from the bozo wagon for example, and if bozo flips town I'd actually be very suspicious of brain. Darg has also been interested in distancing from the wagon but there is something to the way darg has done it that pings me less. There are also ways I can see ghug or Bunny being scum, too.

But, at the moment, there are a lot of reasons why I don't think Bunny, brain, darg, or ghug is most likely to be scum, and bozo is just a few notches ahead of Chaqa in terms of my own reads, and also the impassioned way that Vecna indicted bozo has stuck with me.

damo, Frog, and Will are all very unlikely to be scum in my books.

I think that is where my head is at.

Preparing to scum read brainbomb for "hard distancing" from my wagon makes it seem to me that foodcoats is thinking ahead in a scum motivated manner.

Is there a reason you do not suspect Chaqa as the last mafia?

Chaqa as mafia would have had to make the same sort of disingenuous appeals to emotion D1 that he still holds against Flum over a year later. I don't think he'd do that.

OK, assuming you are correct, what about foodcoats? Why do you think he wouldn't handle the fake claims D2 the same as mafia as he would as town? It seemed likely to me that the cop scan claims were a reaction test, I think foodcoats as mafia would recognize that possibility and react the way he did.

With the current count at 9-1 and the cop and doc still alive scum is very unlikely to win.

Clearly either Bozo has not yet been scanned or has been scanned inno and the cop has chosen to not yet reveal. The same be said of Chaqa (or anybody else).

I don't think it matters very much who we kill as long as people just vote their most likely scum candidate and assuming the lead wagon will claim if PR (scum doing that would be suicidal due to cc) wit sufficient time for people to change their votes.

The cop (which may or may not be me) should scan the highest voted surviving player they have not scanned and should probably reveal what they know at EON3.

It looks like everyone is set in their vote, so in case the cop has scanned me, I think I should let them know I am a VT so that they have the information they need to decide if they should report their scan.

I scanned bozo N1, (inno) because at that time (and I had not had a lot of time to read) it seemed he would be in that middle group that I think a cop should scan in.

The next night, N2, I was RBed.

I had some hope that the remaining scumbo was only guessing me, and that he had NOT seen my clear crumb.

And I feared that bozo was the Doc. I didn’t want to reveal him as I revealed myself. And, as bunny said, nerfed (completely) my PR role, and the Doc’s.

Upon consideration, I reckoned that if I reveal NOW, giving town time to reconsider, we might get ‘lucky’ on our DK today, which will not happen if we continue to DK bozo.

It seems to me… that we now have two clears: bozo, and me.

The doc is still out there, but he IS a third clearish.

Waiting until EoN, after I see if I was indeed completely found out, would possibly gain us another clear, in exchange, though, for the bozoClear we have now. (I figure my scans are done...)

Of course, I might have gotten a scan on scum N3… and now I will absolutely be blocked.

But I believe I was there, anyway.

A number of you ‘moved off’ me for no reason, which I induce was seeing my crumb. Also, no comments on my RB… which made me believe it was obvious.

So there we have it.
