It's actually incredibly cheap for a 2 bedroom house on the West Coast of the USA.

Re: Mafia 85: Return from Lockdown
I think the hardest thing for me to figure out would be the dreaded scheduling
Re: Mafia 85: Return from Lockdown
a lawful evil and greedy Monk who drinks wine and swims in gold every chance he gets
a drow who always wears g strings in battle
a chaotic good human rogue who searches for artefacts and historical books of a certain type which he collects
(well a bit melee heavy party, but not to bad. A caster on top of it would round it nicely up though)

Re: Mafia 85: Return from Lockdown
well, my idea was a kind of impromptu low effort version of dnd in here just to keep peeps amused, but I'm starved for rpg rounds right now so I really wouldn't mind to increase that in scale

That's incredibly cheap for the east coast too (assuming that second digit is a 0. If it's a 6, it's a little pricey)sweetandcool wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 9:11 pmIt's actually incredibly cheap for a 2 bedroom house on the West Coast of the USA.

Re: Mafia 85: Return from Lockdown
We probably should at least make a new thread in the Forum Games forum for it. Text could be fun

Re: Mafia 85: Return from Lockdown
Mikhail the Greedy walks into a tavern, the Leaky Faucet.
Known as a gathering place for adventurers, he quickly assesses who he could proselytize to, to receive money to fuel his raging alcohol dependence.
He spots (Kak's character's name here) and identifies him as an easy mark.
Mikhail: "God is great but his servant his poor! In the name of my God, you shall give me alms, sinner!"
*Rolls for persuasion*: 15
GM to Kak: please roll d20 for a save against persuasion. Use charisma.
(I really did roll a 15).

(man, that was lucky)
Roland: "I have not sinned in the eyes of my goddess and do not follow the ways of yours."
He first looks a bit apprehensive to Mikhail, but changes to a smirk.
Roland: "But I am in search of something and I could use your expert knowledge. How about I pay you for it, and you tell me what you know?"
He pulls out a little pouch that clinkers when he shakes it smilingly.

That's great. Ignoring the D&D campaign, I haven't gotten a return so I think I have been roleblocked.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 9:33 pmhuman rogue.jpgsweetandcool wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 9:20 pmMikhail the Greedy walks into a tavern, the Leaky Faucet.

Avariel: I thought perhaps I would find people with integrity in such a broken world.
Ever since my brother Salid perished from his battle with a degenerative nervous system I have taken comfort in purging the local alleyways of squatters. I don't really know what I seek, but for starters that wine seems appealing enough. If there is room of course.

May I?
