I believe y2k had the other kit. Doubly confirmed now that Beandip was confirmed town.
I believe Demon has the Heart on Yavu - he has no reason to lie and no one CC'ed the move, though it is totally possible he doesn't have it and is trolling us (more on this later).
I still have the Nurse Kit, and I imagine Beandip is rolling in his grave now that he is one with the God Thread.

So that leaves us with ND, Yavu, and Vecna. I did this once already, but lets add Demon back in now assuming his heart is BS. Does this make it any more likely? I am not sure, but no scum have tried to take yavu/demon out yet... which would be nice for sure.

His heart is definitely not bs, you're adding unnecessary factors here. Vecna also shouldn't be in that, otherwise there's two armours between those three. It would be weird if Vecna lost the armour but his scummate fake claimed instead as there would be no way for Vecna to tell them that he lost the armour.

I've explained for, oh I don't know about a hundred pages at least why Durga is scum. It is so obvious. Most recent evidence, what she said after end of night when Brain died. That was just gross.

Look, I don't really know what else to say. You all know where I stand on her and as for her scum mate I've been saying for days now that I think it's between Yav and Vecna. So, those three are my preferences. I see her for what she is though, she is scum, and that's why she is never going to stop with these gross antics. It's so obvious to me at this point. I don't really know how to articulate what I am seeing beyond what I have already over the last 100 pages. It's very frustrating. I'm going to hold my vote though because I am very sure and have been for a long time.
