We all would behave equally as if VTs since we have no idea at present what any of our powers do.

so behaviorally were just VTs with generic unknown night actions - none of which are known and no one should feel their role is superior or inferior in that world

Please tell me the difference of someone new thinking you are town this game and myself thinking you are town in the last game, early on D1, after you haven't posted much in both games.

The difference is my perception of players. I felt your conclusion in last game was lazy and possibly a pocket based on my experience of playing with you.

I am null on Frog - I am skeptical and suspicious on how much experience they have and am not looking at them as a new player.

wanting to survive to use powers is secondary to wanting to survive to impact the game by helping identify mafia and you dont need powers to do that

but Im not gonna lecture you. most people sign up to play hoping to get a fun pr. In fact I signed up because I prefer role madness games as town tends to win them more often

but townies dying early in this is actually very helpful to town as well. sounds stupid but every flip is a positive thing for sorting

(though the viennese university I first visited is often called just 'WU', so maybe I should just take the W over the L ...)

Okay, but with the below post, were you saying that, in general, town should not make scumreads early in D1 (and lfischl was just a convenient example)?

Over the last 3 games, I’ve noticed that usually people who are scummy right out of the gate tend to just be unlucky and also victims of mafia manipulation. I don’t feel that lfishl should be suspicious just because of that.

If so, why did you scumread Neph? What makes Neph a valid scumread? Or is your scumread of Neph no different than others' scumreads of lfischl? If so, why did you make the scumread at all?

At this point everyone is null to me, except for neph. I very slightly scumread neph, because they got immediately into the mechs, which feels to me like scum thinking of a strategy beforehand and then implementing it too fast.

I could just as easily be wrong but who knows. Only neph.

Also @Frogster if you weren’t from a completely separate community I would say suspicion for another player this early is not a good look, but I digress.

Neph is extremely slights scummy to me, but not enough to warrant a vote.
