I don't know whether or not there are other such platforms, but I found there is quite a lot written about Diplomacy and AI - see, for example, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-022-34473-5 and its references.

i hope not... bot designers didn't understand game or dynamics or winning rules etc.. but they did nice job of creating bots
