I have doubts about the Vig for the reasons I pointed. We could agree to no kill if someone claims on the block and Vig can CC at EON like Ghug suggested but this will need a majority around at EOD.

I don't think agreeing to that absolutely makes sense. The vig should consider claiming with the knowledge that it's better if they live until tomorrow and that we'll be skeptical if they claim on the block.

Why not miskill today if we're going to do it later anyway? I don't think there's any obvious townie kill right now?

Both scum and town teams have been eliminated by half, right? Without thinking too hard about this I generally lean in favor of kill since we're not sooooo much worse off than when we started, other than some missing town powers.

I am not advocating a no-kill today but what we do if the leading wagon claim Vig at EOD? Just go ahead and hope it's fake? Or panic and end killing a townie?
No obvious town, maybe Macca, but also a really small pool to Vig who might be NK anyway.

But fine, let the Vig decide knowing a last minute claim could just be ignored.

After what happened with Bona I don't expect a last minute vig claim to be all that valuable in the eyes of the people. Well, might depend who it is?

Imo vig should claim with more than an hour to go of they think they might be in trouble knowing that any claim in the last hour will be ignored (because I've just said so).

No kill is daft. They will just NK Macca and we are no further forward.

I'll admit the two scummiest people on your list are the two I've been having the hardest time getting a read on (mostly by virtue of newness, I think). I generally want to see pressure on them in the votes since we haven't really done that yet.

Will only really say this: I think today is the first day during the game (calendar day, not Day Phase) where the pattern of catching up / commenting has "clicked" for me.

Earlier habit was to try and read everything as fast as I could to catch up and then say my piece if I felt it was unaddressed by others... very much understand how that reflect poorly at this point
