I found the Bona vote everyone scumread to be a sign of townie notgivingafuckness from Macca, and the fact that sweet was the one pushing that ND wagon and the way the Macca and sweet wagons compete also point to town Macca to me. Bozo is being bozo. I think ND was bad and I think sweet's weird fake ness around that push could be explained by bussing.

Nobody's pointing to Spirit's read but you. Worcej and I both expressed suspicion of you and sweet pretty early on yesterday. You said yourself that you'd be suspicious if sweet flipped scum. Why do you think this is all coming out of Spirit's death?

He's a college student who literally doesn't know what a team is. But that's because everything literally revolves around him. So Spirit dying MUST have something to do with him! And you voting him confirms that somehow.

When I go back and reread his posts with the above in mind, they make a lot more sense.

I have the exact same reading on him, which doesn't make easier to get a read on him, but just to understand how he thinks.

Anyway, I don't think he is the best choice for today, unless we want to be sure about what happened D1 which isn't needed right now.

You like strategy games. Most of us do.

But this is a team game. And I've been trying to understand how you play with others.

The answer has been...interesting. Depressing, but interesting.

This is a team game. I try to figure out how to win while also trying to keep others at bay. I don’t know anyone’s role, so my mindset always defaults to “what would this post mean if they were mafia”. I get very defensive because I am the only person I know is town. So me surviving is my #1 goal. Even if it might be a detriment to my team the same day, I know that the chance that someone else is mafia might be slim, but it’s better than 0%. I play this game trying to help my team by keeping myself alive, which is probably a bad move. But town getting killed is not what we want, and therefore solo games do in fact somewhat apply here.

I don’t know what’s depressing.

I know it will sound like teaching but I don't give a fuck.

Not being misskilled is a great goal for town players but it's not the only one and being too self-centered and defensive will make you miskilled more often then you would like.

This said, at this point I think both you and Bunny are town.

I probably worded it poorly, but I was aware that the substitution had no impact on Macca's vote, in fact, it made Macca pull her vote out of ND/Bona

From my view, the way things happened was.

>ND acted very hostile, enough for Macca to think he's scum on reread
>ND subs out for Bona
>Macca rereads the thread due to missing early game, and votes for Bona due to ND's actions before subbing out
>Macca changes vote to No Kill due to out-of-game factors regarding Bona

I just found this sequence interesting, and suspicious on first glance. But come to think of it now it feels more like town behaviour
