I've decided that ND (Bona) could be scum.

ND's strategy actually halfway worked last time as Mafia. Several people townread him for his antics. So I'm thinking this game he decided to resurrect that strategy, banking on the fact that people would assume he wouldn't be so obvious about using his previous scum-strategy, and therefore would townread him.

This feels like some very forced reasoning. ##vote Sweet just to get out of the no kill vote for now

Can you explain what you did not like about the reasoning?

At this point I still think Will is a good vote and also Temasek. Macca have been suspicious too, but Temasek vote looks opportunistic independently of Macca's alignment.

ND/Bona is another option but I fear this is just because I can't read Bona.

I think Sweet interaction looks like frustrated town.

I can see Damo point here. They claimed to not have read anything. Then made a statement that they thought ND was scummy but Bona isn't. It's weird. It means they had read all the thread at once, didn't made a single comment and have a split opinion on ND/Bona.

The timing is impressive for one, as I commented on.

The tense is interesting based off going from nothing to something. I feel like past tense usages are more typical from a scum player trying to fabricate their opinions - this is based on it's easier to say prior opinions to justify actions instead of framing current evidence to achieve something fake (scum killing a town person)

ND seemed over the top and recency bias of his last scum game had me watching him closer. But I wasn't at a full scum read and I struggle to see how Macca is there now unless she already knew more than she should.

I have a doctor's appointment that may run over the EOD phase time. Hopefully it doesn't but the 1 hour shift from typical EOD times got me good here unfortunately.

Macca first posted on Page 15 with 17:56 to go.

Macca claims "I thought ND was scum" yet ND replaced out of the game before Macca first participated.

I don't know why you thought is was suspicious for Macca to read the game from the beginning.

Examples: 1) Not mentioning you know I work closely with heartthrob.
2) Your post responding to Chaqa about "Have you Read your Role PM" but never commenting on the lack of JOAT entirely, and not publicly wondering if Chaqa knew.
3) Commenting that Heart was mafia in the last game and then saying "the more they change the more they stay the same"
4) Talking about worcej like he's bona. What's with the Baltimore county stuff?
5) Not calling me out for +1ing while staying mostly silent for a long time

All in all, you've seemed sillier (changing people's names in quotes) and less likely to jump on things than I've seen in the past.

Macca was in M83 but not M1026, so I think suspecting ND would be reasonable considering the persona he was using this game.

Fun sponge BunnyGo has proven himself to be an unreliable, as he has made his opinion based on my jokes, which he would have no knowledge of if this is Norma for me or not. So yeah

Unless he’s just trying to get an easy miskill that Spirit pointed out early. Which in that case looks like a mafia inclined Spirit trying to justify an easy miskill on me.

Coming back to my jokes, one thing Jamie brought up was my joke about ND being a bad mafia partner. This should be disregarded as it is a joke.

Knowing how it feels to be aggressively targeted by a town ND, I can safely say that his actions of craziness happened too early to be natural (or at least natural for ND)

Yes, bona does make some good points, but no, they cannot make up for NDs antics, and Bona may just be trying to save a doomed situation.

On the other hand, ND may have just been acting stupid and Bona now has to pick up the pieces.

Unless any new information or counterclaims come out, I believe Bona is the best target. He has been put into an unfortunate situation though, and I do commend him for his good threat level control.

1. Why in particular would I need to mention that?

2. You know there is a long-standing trope about whether Chaqa has read his role PM, don't you? This arises from a couple of games in succession, perhaps three or so years ago, where Chaqa declared that he would not read his role PM, and I got slightly salty with him back then because I felt it was implied by the general structure of the game that you were obliged to read your Role PM? Since then it has become a little joke. I was making a reference to that.

3. "The more things change the more they stay the same" was a reference to the ongoing chronic poor performance of Worcej's favoured sports team, not a reference to Heart-throb's potential alignment. Read my whole post.

4. Worcej made a reference about needing therapy. I was quoting from the lyrics of the popular song "Frontier Psychiatrist" by Avalanches. It's a very fun song with a great music video and I recommend you check it out. I made no reference to Bona in that context, nor could I have done, since he had not yet subbed into the game when I posted it.

5. Have you been +1-ing? I did not notice.

See the issue here is that you assume I noticed all the same things you noticed, and "decided" not to comment on them in the precise way that I ought to have done so in your imagination. Yet you have evidenced here that there is plenty you haven't noticed (such as the song lyrics I was quoting and whether they were a reference to Bona (they weren't) ).

In fact in several of the above cases, I did not "decide" anything. I just didn't observe the world through the same lens that you do, or which you imagine I do.
