I feel like NDs antics are a bit too fake to be real.

I think he learned last game that his non angry meta makes him seem suspicious and changed it. But it doesnt mean hes mafia, he may be just town trying to stay alive. Who knows. Only ND

By the by, how come you played one game a year back and then faded into obscurity before leaping back into the forefront of our attention at this juncture?

I appreciate the default to “them.” I tend to do the same.

A group of us has been playing at work, which has been a lot of fun. I’m GMing the next game (actually using one of your models - the Papers Please one but reskinned for Spongebob) and felt like I wanted to play some in the meantime.

I think I was a little scared off after the first game bc of how I didn’t know anybody or know the game that well. Now I feel like I know the game better enough to be excited to play it and learn how all of you work, through the game. Instead of trying to figure both out at once

Did my morning read. Nothing really insightful.

Only thing I've found interesting so far is ND's behaviour. They acted this way in the last Mini where they were Mafia. In M83, they were town and they definitely dialed back their performance.

I'm not concluding they are Mafia here, but it's just interesting that they've decided to go back to being highly performative.

I'm going to ##VOTE Ham because it's fun now. Will try to come up with a serious vote before EoD.

Not sure how to answer this helpfully… I didn’t know anyone and was having a tough time differentiating the personalities of a bunch of made up looking nicknames. You I remember and for the reason being demonstrated here: you pressed me a lot. Plus I think you were playing during school or something and people on here were teasing you about that

By the time I saw it, you had corrected it to "Parkin Cake". It's some kind of ginger cake, isn't it? I'm not that familiar with it.

I wanted to make a ginger cake (I added Orange to it, a great combo) and found the recipe in my cookbook. Apparently, it is traditionally made for Guy Fawkes Day. So much so that in some parts of England they call it Parkin Day.

Jamie's usually too busy planning bombings on that day to have time for cake.

I've decided that ND (Bona) could be scum.

ND's strategy actually halfway worked last time as Mafia. Several people townread him for his antics. So I'm thinking this game he decided to resurrect that strategy, banking on the fact that people would assume he wouldn't be so obvious about using his previous scum-strategy, and therefore would townread him.
