Did anyone give off any "rattled" vibes once sweet was killed. Certainly teammates might react.

And Brain went chaotic. Kind of in a way to not take connections seriously, I don't think.

If the person who shot ghug claimed, that'd be good. We're a pretty forgiving bunch.

Macca isn't, you ND and Kak almost definitely aren't, Will unlikely. Rdr is possible (brain save day 1?) but the darg kill makes that unlikely. This leaves Spirit , worcej and Demon. Of these Spirit seems most towny although he could be skilled scum. So, there you are.

Would brain bus worcej? EOD1 he said he would vote worcej over will. They just lost a scum. Would he be willing to lose two d1?

I just don't get why Brain makes his fake claim an hour and a half before deadline D1 with a team mate dead. He is essentially sacrificing himself. Why?

I thought there must have been a reason for him to do this, but maybe he simply did it because he had the item and there was no greater play. I don't know.

well, we are currently at 2 quasi clears (macca with claim of detective kit without cc and Brian with axing sweet, which as mafia would be very stupid) and one hidden clear; since all three have used their item, they can only protected by the nurse costume visit.

We are currently 10 players, since macca now claimed she was saved, which is great because not only we didn't lose a clear, we should have a fourth clear here, making it 4 cleared and 6 unaccounted.

that's not how it works;

HALLOWEEN GREETINGS CARD - You may pay a friendly visit to a player of your choice at night. PM the GM in the format ##VISIT [TARGET]. They will be aware of your visit, and you will reveal your alignment to them. Optionally you may write a message of up to 10 words in the card, if you wish. This will be revealed to the target as well.

So the target (me) gets the info that there was a visit, who the visitor was and the alignment of the visitor, plus an optional 10 words. So theoretically, I'm still not clear.

However, with the save we've come a lot closer to our win condition; that is, if it was actually a save. There is still the possibility (with unholy low percentage but still there), that a) macca and brain were teammates, b) brain and macca thought about this gamble to quasiclear macca as there were no signs that there was any counterclaim for the detective kit, c) the detective kit isn't in the game or was with one who perished and d) thought that this night is the perfect us of holding the nk to make macca appear townclear.

It sounds crazy and I only thought about this when I read Brian in his post of the false claim, and that fits something of a crazy plan brain would come up.

But there is still this one extremely low chance that brain and macca fooled us. So if there is no one that comes out and proclaims to have saved macca, then the chance this is just a ploy is ... well at least not zero.

But that is a thing for later, I think, not today. Of course, if we could get 5 clears today, then we should have an unlosable situation. But if we can't get to this point, then we need to protect our quasi clears and keep our clears hidden, and that is why I currently don't want to unveil the card sender.

Also, come to think about it, in the scenario, if there are four mafia and the last one claimed to have "saved" macca, then they might just gain two fake town clears for the price of brain. So even if someone claims to have saved macca, then they are not cleared, only if one of them flips town.

Ok, I should definitely not reveal today and only let the card sender decide, if it's worth the risk.

no, it's crazy, but we are talking about brainbomb here, so I can't say with 100% certainty he's wrong.

We should however not vote macca today. Brain looks good to me, so me not voting him either.

With ND having unveiled his item, I think I can safely put him in the pool of 'non card holders'. But looking at his posts, compared to the alst game, I can feel his point, being so wrong about someone that it hurts.

And demon hasn't posted today, how long does this make now? I want him to do stuff, if he is just hiding, this should push him out of his lair ##vote DemonRHK
