Spirit's long post
What's the difference between a, "slight town" and a "Slight town" the same for the inverse, "slight scum" and "Slight scum" because you don't uniformly capitalize your terms. :x
There is no difference

As for the content, it's a mixed bag but there are a few things I think are fair. I have a few follow-up's for you.

-What exactly has Will and HB done that you would classify as, "stupid shit?" I have yet to hear any kind of explanation for Will's litany of contradictory statements. And I still haven't received a satisfactory answer to his statement about Macca from Page 11. This is a guy, who claims that he 'reads' people for being town because they post and who claims he reads people as 'scum' because they don't post. So, why single out Macca and scum read her? That's something that should be answered and I wouldn't sweep it under the rug by saying that it is "townies gaffing about town."
examples of stupid shit would be HB posting I may be scum for "fleeing" after "editgate" and some of his other comments in response. Like you said, Will has made several inconsistent posts, I am not bothered by them the way you are, I think it is normal for some to flail as town day 1, and say some inconsistent things. I feel like that is more town indicative than mafia indicative unless there is a real pathway towards implicating someone or forming a wagon.

-Why do you feel bad for someone (Macca) as scum for making a post and if I understand you correctly because you interpreted it as nice? Quote, "while I feel bad for reading that as scummy."

-Concerning Bozo, like the post Bozo made where he popped in and stated that someone who hasn't posted is town? You find that, "correct and helpful" then?
For Macca, upon rereading, I think it is less nice and her comment about her trusting me was likely just a cheeky response to my donut post. Besides scum reading brain (which I get since he is hard to read) and Ghug (which based on the evidence at the time, I didn't get, but now sort of agree with due to his HB stuff and the overly carebear attitude). I originally felt bad to just say that someone being overly nice strikes me as sucking up and kind of reads mafia to me. I think that makes sense because being nice is generally a good thing, and scum reading everyone who is makes people less inclined to be nice, and I like nice.

Bozo was helpful to me by telling me about the mafia scorecard which let me find the old games I played in and reread some things to remember some of you more. I appreciate that, especially after brain got it wrong that I won as scum in the past and I believed it, until bozo gave the facts. He did not come off as scum while he did it.

-So you think there is merit to some of HB's suspicions from Page 20?

No? I scumread sweet more than HB out of the two. I just think HB got jumped on for making some dumb comments/jokes(?). But I think there is some merit to think mafia could be stoking the HB wagon, which is the main reason I've been interested in sweet, ghug and Bona.

-Which one of my takes have you found decent? What does wagon building mean?
I like you not liking ghug or the instant town read of him, despite my trolling. I like you were instantly dismissive of the mass claim idea. I like that you interrogate folks in a way that does make things more clear, although I dont think my soul could bar the weight of being that aggressive myself. I admire it, although I wonder sometimes if you're inclined to tunnel vision a bit too much or it might just be part of the act because you think the intensity gets results. I do think your read on Will is wrong.

To me, wagon building is making small things a person does into bigger things or reading something someone did or said in a really uncharitable way in order to convince others to jump on a voting wagon. Recognizing it is subtle and judging if it is just a person getting lost in the sauce and tunnel visioning as a towny vs. trying to get someone else lynched as mafia or even as a towny who just wants anyone but them up there is an important thing to look for imo.

So apparently Spirit isn't a rookie. And you seem to know how to handle ND's assertions.

I like it. As much as ND is reeking of town to me this game, I like that there's a presence that might stand aside them.

Will, ND, and Spirit come off as town to me.

Hot take with limited backing - sweet may be scum. His post he linked for HB was shit.

I disagree, his post was classic Ham-is-scum.

But actually other than that, most of his posts after that have actually seemed more like town. I am going to have to look through the thread again and reassess, but I'm still okay with my vote. Last game Ham did a really good job acting, so I know he can project towniness pretty well, except for the occasional slip.

Just a little community service for us in case it's forgotten.

2x BLOODY AXE
- 2x SLUTTY NURSE COSTUME*
- 2x SKELETAL ARMOUR
- REPLACEMENT SKULL
- ELECTRO-SHIELD*
- BADASS MOTORCYCLE COVERED IN FLAMES
- POWER PILL
- SLIME GRENADE
- MASK and SWAG BAG (one set)
- HALLOWEEN GREETINGS CARD*
- BIG PLASTIC SCYTHE
- DETECTIVE KIT*
- STICKY TOFFEE!
- REPAIR KIT
- CANDY HEART

ORDER OF NIGHT ACTIONS:

1. All roleblocking actions
2. Candy Heart choice
3. Mask theft
4. Motorcycle
5. Detective Kit / Card Visit / Power Pill
6. All killing actions
7. All saving actions
8. Repair Kit
You know what, thanks for the reminder. I keep forgetting to consider how roles (or in this game, items) may affect the gameplay. And unlike a normal game, literally everybody has a power.

There were days
And there were days
And there were days between
Summer flies and August dies
The world grows dark and mean
Comes the shimmer of the moon
On black infested trees
The singing man is at his song
The holy on their knees
The reckless are out wrecking
The timid plead their pleas
No one knows much more of this
Than anyone can see anyone can see

There were days
And there were days
And there were days besides
When phantom ships with phantom sails
Set to sea on phantom tides
Comes the lightning of the sun
On bright unfocused eyes
The blue of yet another day
A springtime wet with sighs
A hopeful candle lingers
In the land of lullabies
Where headless horsemen vanish
With wild and lonely cries, lonely cries

Anyone else notice that Spirit has been noticeably absent since "Edit-gate?" Why is that? Did it attract too much attention and need to lay low?

At this point, after multiple people verbally saying they townread me (ND not included), I am pretty sure I am going to be Night 1 Kill. So now I am much more liekely to vote someone I think is sum and not just Demon.

Bc it would put plenty of suspicion on Nd, and multiple people have already said that they townread me. It would be a safe mafia play.

HAHA I literally slept. People reading this as scummy immediately afterward is also hilarious. This would be the highlight of the 200 posts I just read if ND hadnt both chastised me and acknowledged that I made him laugh.

Here are some fast-ish reads:

slight town - I dont think HB or Will are scum, they seem like townies gaffing about town. Townies do stupid shit, thats what makes them townies. It is a way to compensate for not having any roles/items that simulate their monkey brains towards self preservation.

slight scum - Macca is a bit more interesting since their posts are just kind of blanket nice... while I feel bad about reading that as scummy, it does ping something in my bones that says "seems sus, sally"

Slight town - Bozo has been both correct and helpful in his brief posts, I like that. Although in rereading my previous games (which I did very quickly), he always got early sus due to something dumb so this is a change, but one that probably makes sense because he has had a lot of time to grow.

Null - Brain, I remember from before that I can never read him, and until something concrete comes out, its probably going to stay null. I am also easily entertained by shit posts and conspiracies, and daddy brain provides.

Null - I also dont want to kill rdr or worcej since them not being here makes these kills lack honor and chest hair

slight scum - Bona and Sweet, they both jumped on HB which is funny but mostly not my cup of tea since HB's comment wasnt the type of thing that could ever start a wagon on me, and even he knew that and didnt vote for me. like that they're both talking and doing some light hunting but I could see one or both as try hard scum jumping on a loose pretense to make a wagon happen.

Slight town - Ghug, "oh gee guys ghug is ghug"

Slight town - ND, step on me pls OwO (also for actually calling people on inconsistencies, having some decent takes, and doesn't seem to be wagon building to me)

Slight scum - Vecna, his brief posts struck me as a little too nice kind of like Macca, but with the extra added thing that I remember playing with him before and know he lurks and at this point probably knows how to under the radar by just checking in and shooting the shit. It may just be his meta, but it also gives me bad feels.

Slight town/null - Dar gave some basic reads, I didnt hate them.

Slight scum - Damo, just not a fan of the behavior of barely posting anything but voting around, especially on people who havent posted as tho that will actually get them to post. Idk, I get the sense it is a meta since no one is calling it out, but it is one of those things that isnt helpful to town imo and still gives the illusion of hunting and being a part of the convo. Just strikes me as scummy.

Null - Kak hasnt posted since the opening BS and DemonRHK hasnt at all, I want them to post more pls.

I'd be pretty happy voting any of my scum reads, and I probably will later on today.
