I am a bit late for the start as usual and this will be busy weekend so don't expect much from my D1.

Will start to read and hope I can keep updated.

A couple id things:
I asked about item claiming because perhaps some of the items could strategicly connect. But yeah, unlikely.

Macca and brain alone stated things from The Game That Failed. I think I am ok with that, but still thinking.

I am concerned about sweet's attack on brain for meta play. He stated that he was not the loudest opponent to brain's meta. But yet here he seems to be.

Sweet, who WAS the strongest opponent to brain's meta usage?

Even though Hamilton Brian did vote me, that was more my mistake than his accusatory nature. He also just stated a fact (a true fact). If he is mafia, we should at least wait until next day.

Some other observations from Page 18. I would like to see @Darg elaborate a bit more on his reads. Idk what is going on with Bona, Sweet, and Hamilton towards the end of 18.

As for Will's posts on 18, they are intellectually bankrupt. Just because someone posts a lot doesn't make them town and just because someone is a low frequency poster doesn't make them mafia. This is a reading comprehension game not a post counting game. I really feel like he is just using this as a crutch to try and ride out the day. This added to his other comments, contradictions, etc., really makes me think that he is just floundering scum.

I understand this sentiment. But I have been told that a day 1 kill is the meta and that it will essentially always happen. Also, I have been told that most likely a townie will die anyway. So if it truly is a guessing game on day 1, why not kill the person who would contribute the LEAST to a town victory: in this case it is Demon as he has not done anything

This is okay logic.

Essentially, D1 is a guessing game. What's valuable is seeing which wagons form and how they evolve throughout the day. This can give clues for town to solve the game.

Alright so there are some literal wtf moments here. Does anyone find it bizarre that LITERALLY on Page 18, Will says, "Also ND voted me, but I don't think a mafia would put a name out so early so I am less inclined to believe ND as the mafia." (Will, 18) THEN on Page 19, he says, "Even though Hamilton Brian did vote me, that was more my mistake than his accusatory nature."

This is nuts. Hamilton corrects him then offers him advice, here, "Keep a note of who has been "over the top" helpful or friendly to you. Keep a note on who has been persistently heavy or hostile with you. Might give you something to work with later on." (Hamilton, 19)

I just don’t know if it’s a good idea. There is not enough info to vote someone out over. But because I am not going to convince all of y’all to tie, I might as well have to vote someone.
