I kinda think the scumteam is actually bo-balki-tom-foxcastle.

ND is too outlandish, too erratic to be scum. His reads and his play are way more petulant and strange than a scum would be.

RHK similarly so. I think RHK is wrong on alot but his posts are sincere. He believes his own theories. He has many. I am starting to think rhk is playing with too little info to be scum.

Hes not trying to line up a pathway to mislynches like fox-balki-tom-bo are

Foxy - Do you still think Balki vs Mean is town v town?

Balki was fighting with both Jamiet and Mean on D1. Jamiet was scum, and I town read Mean.

I haven't played with Jamiet before, but he got pretty belligerent with Balki. I'm not sure I think Jamiet would keep that up on Balki if it were scum v. scum.

So structurally, it looks like Balki v. Mean is town v. town.
I'm also still reading Balki as town, largely for the D1 exchanges with Jamiet. I am not convinced by Mean's case, which is partly predicated on Balki masterminding a setup on a DRHK lynch while maintaining plausible deniability; I think that's unlikely. Mean's case against Balki also relies a good deal on Mean's critique that Balki's push on Jamiet was trivial and/or unsubstantial, and that Mean was put off by Balki's vote on Jamie. In hindsight, knowing Jamie is scum, this looks like Town v. Town to me.

In fact, balki has so few townreads, so few theories and so few scumreads its pretty obvious hes just moving the goalposts to kill.a player who actually HAS reasoning

Balki seems to have a realization that Mean is not a new player, but a very experienced player who's new to WebDip Mafia, and concludes from that that Mean could be scum. But the scum case Balki put up was 1) Mean was defending Jamiet pretty consistently; 2) Mean called Balki names. Well, Mean also called Jamiet names. And I don't find Mean's defense of Jamiet all that strident. And if Balki's first accusation is that Mean is a dark horse mafia mastermind, that undermine's Balki's second accusation that Mean is dumb enough to protect her scummate.

This reads to me like two reasonable players letting suspicions drive ever-growing theories where the other person is deeply and purposefully conniving. And I don't think that's actually how people play as mafia, for the most part.

It's slow going, this is what I've got so far...
P3, 64/66. Opposes lurkers. But didn’t get on board with the Jamiet/Foxcastle Lynch-a-Lurk program...

P4. Tries to turn Tom’s argument back on him, about being a cinephile as an excuse to lurk. That seems weak. Is DRHK that weak on reasonsing?

P8. Notes that if mentoring is scummy, maniac did it on page 5, but this seems information to me. Does not note that on P7 Jamiet and Maniac (town clear) were also handing out info for the benefit of new players. Even more suspect that Maniac is doing it very generally, while Jamiet was doing it specifically for Rjm...

P11. Notes Rjm’s scummy post against BB in defense of Mean.

P14. Maniac’s vote of DemonRHK is authentic, at least.

Scum could have roleblocked Snowy if they used the Hooker to do the killing. They will have the same chance of being seen by the watcher and case Snowy was saved he will still be roleblocked. I just can't see how they discovered Snowy was a PR in this case.
