well he was a staunch me-voter, but he was open to change his mind. He didn't do it on a whim too, as far as I can see. I mean, maybe he does that as mafia but it looks more like town behaviour to me. Also, his maf-read of fox aligned with mine, that's also a good sign to me. Without sweet I'd be in damo's place right now.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:25 pmIf you can't tell...I haven't caught up. Tell me what about his EoD speaks to you as towny?

@ghug: why did you vote sweet? Were you trying to rush him in the last minute?
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
oh, EoD was 2 hours ago
Well, thats a thing. Was sorta expecting it to happen in 30 or 1,5h.

Bleh, not sure what we got from this D1. Ghug moving off Damo is weird, if you don't want to tie you change your vote like Bona did.

Apologies to Bona for my previous post. I feel like it may have violated some of our code of ethics. We have been antagonistic in the past and that came out. I'll mind my manners.

I'm pretty sure about sweet and ghug, with their EoD behaviour, that those two are likely town. I wouldn't locktown them like rd, but still very high. I mean, maybe be a bit cautious to over-town read ghug, he always can pull plays of as mafia, but I don't see too much of ghug's maf-game here.
and yeah, I don't think I have to explain my read of myself.
So therefore, I think, mafia had a pretty laid back day, well if we don't forget fox. But it never really looked enough for fox to come back into the top ratings, as far as i remember.
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
nah, I totally understand ghug's vote here, i did the same some time ago to not tie. Like if ghug went on me and bona went on damo, it would've been tied again. So ghug did totally the right thing hererdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:31 pmBleh, not sure what we got from this D1. Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
My reception was spotty enough that I couldn't tell what was happening beyond an apparent tie, so I thought it was better to leave an odd number of votes on the wagons than switch and end up undoing someone else's switch.

Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
that looks ... pretty good, yes. Most likely not a Vecna-worcej-fox team. Mafia probably was on different targets. But yeah, thanks for pointing that out exactly.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:38 pmdamo666 (5) Hamilton Brian rdrivera2005 Kakarroto sweetandcool BonatogetherKakarroto wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:33 pmwell, damo we know was town.

If Kak is scum and was saved, then his teammates look like two of Rdr, ghug, and bunny.
If it was TvT, then I need to think about that.

Alright; checking out to make supper and get ready for gaming. See yall in hours.
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
I'm skeptical that as scum you'd be that blatant about it. It's possible, I suppose, but I find it unlikely.
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
All four of the people you mentioned are out of my current PoE. What do you conclude if kak is town and it was a TvT finish?

Leaving an odd number is a good explanation, so it wasn't that weird after all.ghug wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:41 pmDoes my D1 voting ever not strike people as weird?rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 9:31 pmBleh, not sure what we got from this D1. Do you understand what Vecna is doing?
Re: M82: Magic the Gathering Mafia [Game Thread]
I don't know yet, but will have more thoughts tomorrow probably.
