I have to agree with Jamiet here. I was losing fun to play when people keep pushing my "towntell" to scumread or townread me.

Imagine if your towntell that people expect is to swear and yell. This isn't great and we as a community should not go this path. This happened before at least with Worcej and Brain, so it's not just a Jamiet thing.

And by the way, I think Jamiet moving back to HB after voting Ghug give him a pass at least for today. I would focus on people not on HB or last minute voters. Of course could be a hard busser, specially if other scum was on the block, but I think it's either one busser or no busser so we have better odds outside HB wagon.

Both were being oh so cuddly towards me and shownig displeasure towards killing me after not playing for a while. Wouldnt do to then suddenly switch to it.

I'm voting damo b/c his d1 was terrible.
His iso was full of nonsense and unimportant statements. Only mechanical talk and not a lot of it. I expected more.
The main reason though is his terrible shift onto Chaqa at EoD to make Chaqa the leading wagon instead of HB. Knowing that HB flipped scum makes this vote look really really bad.

Are you doing the thing where you don't actually read the context that goes with the votes? Damo had been on Chaqa before. He was always gonna go back there if brain failed.

Reviewing lots of threads and I would like to hear more from Vecna about their feel for the game so far, particularly their dance partner, Ezio. Any insights?

I also really want to see more from RHK, I haven't gotten a feel for what they are currently thinking.

And despite listing aaro under Mafia, I do wonder if aaro is just instead superbly underperforming Town? D1 can easily go poorly, but there's always the chance that D2 gives the jolt people who struggle with D1 need. The same goes for damo, I think damo needs at least another day to breath and possibly impress.

I'm also wondering if we are giving worcej too much credit and that we should be looking at them more closely?

Most particularly, I worry that Ezio just had bad reads D1 and Ham opportunistically supported them. If that is true, then that really opens up the suspect pool.

My feel for the game:

1: Top town, suspicion free:
Brainbomb, SweetNcool - these 2 have done enough for me to probably never wanna kill them. Brainbomb can come close to impersonating this style, but he's done his thing enough and consistently believable that I dont think he'd fake the level of erraticism as scum so perfectly. Sweet just seems consistently genuine and unafraid to say whatever he wants, nothing holding him back. Genuine levels to the moon.

2: Town tier:
Chaqa, Rdrivera, Jamiet, DemonRHK, Ezio
All have done enough for me to think theyre most likely town, and they have behaved in a way that is well within their expected playstyle as town. All of them are capable of faking this playstyle when theyre having a good game as scum, but they all dont feel fake or driven by a specific motivation. Ezio has been active'ish in the nightchat and seemed genuinely happy last night with the outcome, and was happily jumping in to analyse the EoD outcome to find out what we can learn and to compare notes.

3: Town tier with not a lot of reason for them to be such:
Aaro, Worcej - Both havent really dont anything to give them townpoints - but: Worcej had one good spurt of posts that sounded pretty towny. Aaro has been unappologetic in his stances without a care in the world about shit. I feel theyre both more likely town than scum, but its just a feeling. Im not completely convinced on Worc yet, and ill be monitoring him closely.

4: Suspicious as balls:
Ghug, Damo. The easy solution. They fit in the keep it simple solve of the game in my mind. Ghug has done a bunch of things he often tries as scum. Damo just feels unhappy (mind, im nearly always wrong on my read of damo). See my nightpost for more info.

If im wrong on my solve ill have to reevaluate the people in group 2&3. Not sure yet where id start. Id sorta wanna see ghug flip before id start considering getting suspicious of a new target.

I can see the sense both as SvS and SvT.

I just dont see why you'd ever wanna attack an argument against Damo stating they need to look at the context, while none was provided, as TvX.
