Some updates:

1. We have enough players to start, and the setup is flexible enough to account for different numbers of players, so we will begin with whatever player count we have at 6pm Central Time on Monday, June 19. That said, signups are still open until tomorrow at 6pm, which is when I will assign roles and partners and when your private chats will be open for pregame banter.

If the numbers remain unchanged, there will be 11 town and 3 mafia.

3. After further reflection, I believe the ghosts mechanic is optimized by allowing night chat in the thread, so the thread will remain open at night.

I very enthusiastically suggest that the 5 people who haven't already joined the discord (which is essential for the game) do so as soon as possible.

I don't know what will happen if that doesn't happen, but at least it will influence the performance or the start time, if not barring people from playing the game.
