kinda surprised that my wagon disappeared like that but worcej's came back

always easiest to have a self-centered perspective so here's something that's probably meaningless

everyone who voted me today ended on worcej, except brainbomb who ended on damo

I'm a pretty frequent wagon on TheSyndicate and so I'm used to it but it's always interesting as the wagon to see why or why it doesn't take off, and here it feels like there was one scum pushing it but town didn't really bite

not putting a second scum on me means to me that there wasn't much pressure on scum around that time, looks like 2-3 hours before EOD in peterbot

meaning that something like "3 boz 2 pyx 2 Jam 2 Flu" weren't concerning wagons for scum, or at least felt playable

caveat in that I haven't caught up to EOD yet, doing that after this post

so I feel like I have two lists, this list of not-that-scary wagons:
bozo, pyxxy (myself), Jamiet, and Flum

along with people who voted me today, besides brain:
Chaqa, RDR, bozo (very brief before worcej though), bunny, damo

kinda willing to strike bozo from that second list too given how this VCA is looking

the rest of those people are who I keep a mental note to look for during catch up now to see why they ended on worcej

You were setting yourself to vote him later, so I can clearly see what he is talking about.

I was stating that if I can’t get ghug or worc then out of the remaining wagons I think Flum is the best shot.

I also think it’s a crapshoot and that we have five town wagons right now.

So I’m asking the people who are voting him why, to start a conversation which I hope results in either (1) me receiving convincing reasons why Flum is scum and not just a “good enough for D1” shot, or (2) me convincing others to vote for ghug or worc.

I guess this might make me look at Eden a little bit more carefully, although I felt like we mindmelded on ghug being weird

maybe I'm not considering that scum might have felt less certain about preventing a flashwagon if there were no strong wagons this _relatively_ close to EOD, ~1.75 hours out

let me be clear I'm presenting this as if Eden were literally the scum thinking this and I'm nowhere near that certain but it does make me feel yet another bit better about that group of four I had

but given I'm mentally framing EOD rn as scum nervous about not having a steady wagon, you would basically have to be scum proposing all town here -> and doing so in order to signal to your scummates that y'all should wagon together on one of these people

I don't have a read on bozo but I don't think he's a great day 1 kill.
I'm willing to sheep brain and ghug's read on jamiet for now, he usually ends up being easier to read later on anyway.

Out of remaining ones, PE is the scummiest but probably biggest loss to town if wrong. I think I only ever played one other game with pyxxy, are they usually good as town?

jk, in all honesty I'm not sure, I did very well at reading people in this little "mafia league" competition thingy that happened over the last few months, which was flipless and had us submit reads every night that got scored at the end of each game for accuracy

and like, I did pretty good. But. I also got cased hard by two wolves in two games for reasons that I kinda OMGUS'd and so....not sure how I actually feel about my reads

but I do think I can smell a bullshit case made against myself. or at least I'm moving my personal description of my persona and skill set in that general direction (since it seems like it's something I can do to help town)

I looked at the beginning of those games and did not see much similarity.

I guess in retrospect, worc's posting in this game, had it come from scum, would have been more brazen about the strategy than in those games. And I obviously got it wrong here, so you may be right. It doesn't matter much now anyway, outside of evaluating whether you believe I believe what I'm saying I guess

That is what I am trying to determine, if you had a reason to believe what you were saying.

What do you think about the possibility that BunnyGo was bussing ghug D1?

I can defend myself tomorrow if I'm alive if I have to, but if I die, I'd suggest looking at people who keep saying how sure they were worcej was scum. It was essentially a lurker day 1 crapshoot kill and I'm struggling to think so much passion was behind that kill lol.

Pyxxy is trending better but still unsure. Bona’s post is towniest thing pyxxy’s done.

Bona is trending worse

Jamie is town.

Chaqa is town…but slightly worried.

Ghug is trending townier. But unsure.

Watch damo. Maybe just get him.

Bozo towny but trend is scummy. Still think that was TvT.
