Warning Level on Webdip

I noticed on my profile I have a warning level 1.
I dont recall doing any infractions in like 3 years. Do these ever expire or do you just keep a permanent record to make someone easier to ban?

I know most forums let punishments expire after a set time frame.
What can I say? I'm survivin'
