You guys basically had it; I've really liked trying to sit back more and read and think and get a sense of the game. So I challenged myself to not post for at least 24 hours no matter what. Thoughts and back posts in coming.

I really hope it is one, massive post of comments and quotes on anything and everything in the past 59 pages.

I've been tunneling hard on scum!brain. My self imposed silence hasn't really helped with that. But from his first awkward opening posts to his trying a bozo quiz. Him picking a fight with Eden was the first time I wondered if he's maybe town, but not enough.

How come I'm on your do not kill list? Also, I have opposite vibes right now on Jamie and Damo. I still think there is something disingenuous about the way Jaime is posting. I thought that Damo's catchup had some decent takes and I didn't think he was just posting to feel like he needed to catch up with things and appear active. What are you seeing that I'm not?

Okay, I'm not sure if this is just a site thing, but why are people demanding questions yet don't feel like ever giving reasons for what they say? Jamie, I've literally been commenting on your slot this entire game, and you finally chose to engage me halfway through D1. I think it's incredibly disingenuous to come out and say that I've been ignoring you when I've literally been transparent with my thoughts on your slot. I'd have to iso you and look through specific points in order to pull out my exact issues, but like I don't think you're trying to play in a way that is flirting with the line between serious and joking so that you can conveniently jump back and forth and when someone calls you out, you can say 'jkjkjkjk'. I'm having a hard time trying to follow your thought progression and see your thinking in a linear way. Perhaps I'm doing a disservice by not having specific posts of yours to show and comment on (though I have quoted you numerous times saying I don't like certain posts), but I also don't have QUESTIONS, I have ISSUES. So I'm not trying to interview you here right now, I'm trying to get a response from you and trying to understand and see where you are coming from. However, all you can say is 'wHeRe ArE tHe QuEsTiOnS'.

I am capable of abstract thought. I know how I would feel and how I would behave if I were Mafia. Perhaps it is unhelpful to make comments about how I would behave as either alignment, but it does help paint an accurate and consistent picture as to how I should be behaving.

I'm happy to help solve regardless of alignment. If I'm town, solving is good. If I'm Mafia, solving throws suspicion off of me.

that post just set off alarm bells for what i viewed as a facetious attempt to set up pyxxy towards scumreading me. i don't object to being scumread, or to people convincing other people to scumreading me, but that it seemed to be being done on the sly like it was is a red flag for me

The subtext was actually that I thought it was suspicious that pyx backed off his townread of you without clear explanation. That’s quite apparent from the subsequent exchange I had with him.

Sweet I took Fox's suggestion and read his day 1 (and I'll admit, I thought initially was female) from last game.

I learned that my mental model (based on this game) that he's an overly logical, thinks he's self aware, but is probably not as self aware as he thinks he is guy. Guessing is into math/cs/tech or related.

But if that model is correct, then I'm happy with him in my town reads.

Yeah, it was a stupid post. I was just expressing frustration that so many people haven't been very active at all. Lots of null reads being slung around.

Eden's posts been tweaking me all game. This is neither the funny BSing early game Eden that I'm used to, nor the deliberative and thoughtful Eden I've seen in other parts of the game. I don't get it, and scum leaning for it.

Also, did you really wager your son's life on something? And since when do you HAVE a son?

I mean, sure, but he also said he's nervous as either alignment (though he's only played one prior game?), so while I guess it would be NAI behavior, I do think the way he's been responding to me hasn't been in good faith and he hasn't really answered the questions I'm throwing at him. Instead, he's jumped into voting me for ??? reasons. This doesn't really tell me he's nervous because he's worried how people will view him, it feels more nervous that someone is poking at him when he doesn't want to be poked, so he's trying to throw the first punch.

It's pretty difficult to answer you when you haven't clarified the questions.

This is my third time asserting that I will answer any questions you have, fire away. But it's getting tiresome that you still haven't asked any that I haven't answered. It's hard for me to believe Mafia would act so pigheaded, but I have a hard time believing you'd be so reticent as town. I can only conclude that you are not being genuine.

I also haven't seen any of your vaunted wolf hunting skills on display. You came out looking strong, but since then have not only tunneled on me, but have neglected to even contribute in a substantial manner.

I'm starting to believe my vote is actually just straight up the correct one.
