I think this leads credence to Sweet playing a nervous game. I don't like that they tried to say they play nervous as either alignment and that would Sweet would act a certain way, when this is only their second game? I just don't understand how you can harp on your 'newness' but then try to make claims such as these.

In his last game, as town, Sweet said something to the effect that he is nervous about how other players will view him (I forget if he said that he modulated his posts as a result). So I don't think this is scum-indicative.

I mean, sure, but he also said he's nervous as either alignment (though he's only played one prior game?), so while I guess it would be NAI behavior, I do think the way he's been responding to me hasn't been in good faith and he hasn't really answered the questions I'm throwing at him. Instead, he's jumped into voting me for ??? reasons. This doesn't really tell me he's nervous because he's worried how people will view him, it feels more nervous that someone is poking at him when he doesn't want to be poked, so he's trying to throw the first punch.

If you're bored and feel like you don't have enough pages to read here, you could go reread D1 of game 79 and see how conf-town Sweet there compares to here.

I don't want to vote Bunnygo anymore because I do think he's pulling a bit and will show up and post.

Of the wagons: I think Sweet is town; I don't want to vote Bozo or Brain or ghug; Eden or Bona could be possibilities, maybe X if I give into a purely reactive read. Of the low(er)-posters: Dousing and Pyxxy are possibilities to pressure vote, but I think Damo is likely town.

if you like dousing or pyxxy as pressure votes, why don't you like bozo as pressure vote?

Because Bozo is usually a low poster, I don't think a pressure vote would phase him anyway, and I have played more with Bozo and like to think I'm able to read him better than Dousing or Pyxxy (like when I pegged him as scum last game).

I have not harped on my newness. I made one comment about how I still do not understand how to play D1, and D1 makes me nervous (I do not play nervous otherwise, whatever that means). One mention does not equal harping. One mention was not meant to convey that I awash at sea of my hopeless newness.

I am so sick of others making this a talking point.

I am capable of abstract thought. I know how I would feel and how I would behave if I were Mafia. Perhaps it is unhelpful to make comments about how I would behave as either alignment, but it does help paint an accurate and consistent picture as to how I should be behaving.

I'm happy to help solve regardless of alignment. If I'm town, solving is good. If I'm Mafia, solving throws suspicion off of me.

I also haven't felt much wolf hunting from you and think you've been trying to create content for yourself by playing into this newbie role talking needlessly about hypotheticals that exist in your mind (we don't know how you'd actually play as either alignment since there is no history).

For context, s&c has written quite a lot in the main discord about God and other such topics, and I never picked up on any British spellings he used, so it piqued my attention when ghug asked him about using such spellings, and he responded by saying he had picked them up from books when he was younger.

I thought it was interesting because s&c seems like the kind of guy who might get cheeky with the roleplay and use British spellings as a “Royalist.” And additionally I simply never noticed him using them before.

But upon looking at his writing samples, I only see him spelling “favour” that way. I checked “criticise,” “saviour” and some other stuff I don’t remember.

I’m inclined to believe his story

I actually thought, in hindsight, that my background Pirate story seemed to be trying to communicate something. It did not, but I did think it was a potential possibility. Alas, I did not think of doing something like purposefully spelling in a British way, but I do think it's a clever idea.

I've been telling people that my town tell is when people wagon me D1, because I can be an easy mischop to sell to the crowd.

Hmm, I wouldn't classify bozo as low poster, especially from the game where he and worcej came into heavy conflict with rd and myself about PR stuff (and it turned out we were all town ), but I might not have enough data to judge that.

"by playing into this newbie role" okay, I don't think there is much that is going to knock me off of voting X for D1. Sorry everybody, but it must be done.

Now, to respond to the rest: I don't know about you, but I am capable of abstraction. I can use logic, I can imagine, I can do all of the same things any other human can. So I find it insulting that you think I'm so stupid that I wouldn't know myself and how I would behave in a hypothetical situation.

My OMGUS (whatever that means) vote, was clearly due to my repeated warnings for others to stop harping on my experience level. You have ignored that warning time and again. I almost certainly would have changed my vote when a suitable candidate came along, but not now. That is, the vote was obviously not serious, except for in the sense that it was a warning.

If your complaint is that I'm not doing enough wolf hunting, then maybe you can do me a favour and stop harping on this piddly nonsense, and then maybe I could focus on things that matter.
