what are your expectations of president eden
Who are you asking?
you
I expect more bullshitting and less trying this early in the game. The color list and 30 minute opinions on people were just too much for my liking.

He seems the most off compared to what I'd expect, so I am fine with my vote on him for now.

Honestly, it's actually interesting to watch the posts he is +1'ing to get a sense of what he agrees with or not. It's like the actual intention of the forum mechanic lol...
Except that I have yet to see anyone go back and actually examine +1s. You see them on the page in the moment, but I just caught up on 12+ pages, I +1'd some things, and who's going to actually look at that?
People who catch up in waves like me I guess
I catch up in waves, too (in the mornings, anyway), and I only check the +1s that make me curious about who liked that. Are you saying you check all of them?

(It's also worth noting that you can go into a player's profile to see all of the +1s they've made and everyone who has +1'd them...)

This combination is really odd to me. I'm having trouble articulating it. It's like you picked the people who are mid-tier provocateurs, and in putting the three of them together created a very anodyne towncore. This just seems very insubstantial.
I don't get the eden read, that's for sure.

No, same as you, I just may be more curious than you? Cannot know for sure.

Also had no idea about the profile feature. I just hover over them and see lol.

Anodyne?

Three is more substantial than two, one or none.

The meaning of anodyne doesn't have anything to do with the number of items.

well, I'm sure you'll figure out my alignment fast enough.

I still would've loved some commentary from Bunny.

Also, do me a favour, if/when fox comes back later, ask him a few questions. The same goes for people who haven't been here yet, that would be great.

I think I'll head into the direction of my hammock, since I'm starting to feel dizzy and aren't reading fast enough to follow the thread anymore (which is good, go on guys, we make good speed!). So I'll wish you a good night and see you later
I'm guessing that bunny's concluded that the reason he keeps getting D1ed is the specific meta changes he's chosen and not the fact of the meta changes themselves. Though meta changes are now themselves his meta, so maybe this isn't a meta change?

The +1ing is a way of telling us he's reading in any case.

I know that ffs I was commenting on your use of 'insubstantial'.

The "Anodyne?" was a distinct paragraph.

Well, insubstantial is also not count dependent.

Surely a towncore of 3 is more substantial than a town core of 1?

Anyway including myself it's 4.

Again, that is not what substantial means, so no.

Anyway, the upshot of all this is that I think it's less likely that you'd pick that particular set of towncore if you were scum.

I doubt he would pick any towncore like that, this early, if he were scum

Sure. Care to explain? Why have you decided to just say you dislike my posts yet fail to answer my question or clarify your reasons?
i didn't fail to answer your question - i just hadn't attempted it at that time

to extemporize, i dislike this post specifically because it's Serious and uses big words like Wolf Reading and Pressure and Throwaway, when i only know words less than 7 letters, and it's day 1, so like, who cares man? just figure it out later and have fun now

i feel like someone unused to webdip is likely to enter day 1 on a different gear than most other people here are on, and their reactions to that (and if and how they switch gears to be in sync) is revealing
What would a townie reaction to it have been?
obligatory it depends on the person - for example, neon will always dig in her heels, so that doesn't make sense to read her off it. i don't know the x man well enough yet but i am watching
