I wouldn't read too much into it. People never specify whether they mean natively or not, so I wanted clarification. Remember when you asked in a previous game if they spoke English? My response was that they spoke it, not necessarily as their first language.

Hmmmm, if they died as children and they were royalty (or non-serving), I wouldn't include them in 8 simply for being royalty. They would have had to have been active in one of those areas.
