In the absence not only of Dousing giving me a name to use to clear myself, but also any real discussion of who would be a trustworthy townie for me to roleblock, I realized that my plan simply isn’t gonna work because we collectively dropped the ball.

I realize I may be literally throwing the game with this decision, but I think our situation is horrible, and without clear guidance on how to use my roleblock to confirm myself, I’ve decided to break from my own plan and instead will roleblock damo, who I believe to be the final mafia alongside Bona and s&c. I think Bona’s demands that I name my suspects were a ploy to see who I might try to roleblock if I did break from the plan, so I did not answer them or explain my reasoning much this night phase.

I do not believe Bona or s&c are carrying the nightkill. I believe rdr and bozo are townies who panicked because of Bona’s shenanigans. I believe Chaqa’s uncertainty about the plan since early d3 is townie. And while I think Jamie could be the final mafia, I think it was very bold of him to declare he would never vote me yesterday. So that leaves damo.

I think this works best, because if damo is scum he’s almost certainly carrying the kill. So if I don’t block the kill then he’s probably town anyway and he can truthfully report what I’ve done.

I understand y’all will want to hang me for deviating from my own promise, and I accept that risk, but I believe this is the best of a horrible situation. Chaqa commented earlier in D3 that this plan is playing not to lose when we should be playing to win. After a lot of reflection, I agree.
