I think Dousing should indicate the target for Eden roleblock and Bona should track Eden, so any driver shenanigan isn't possible.

I also think S&C should guard Dousing and any failure on doing this means he is scum. Considering he already said he won't I deeply regret not killing him yesterday, this could probably cost the game for us.

Stop it! Stop trying to make Mafia's guess easier. Stop trying to influence me.

I really appreciate your effort. Now that I understand your post style, I get what you are saying most of the time.

However your analysis was so expansive I am not sure how to respond. I'm not sure it will help. But I will address a couple things and if you have any burning questions I will answer them.

Response: I think I told you everything I learned from BGA. However, I like to study and understand games (I am a mathematician and I view games as puzzles that I want to understand on the deepest level possible), and I have made several conclusions about good Mafia play. Throughout your quotes, several times I posted opinions on good play. They were simply my opinions that I think are more or less clearly true.

I have also evolved over the game by studying other players. D1 sweetandcool did not think about putting up an act to try to manipulate Mafia into killing someone (someone who I'd be guarding, of course). D1 sweetandcool didn't even consider acting in an unnatural way at all.

Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of energy on D1 (which was idiotic considering D1 is a crapshoot, which I acknowledged and then proceeded to get carried away anyways). After that, you never quite see the same energy from me that you see in my post against Fox. As evidenced by reluctance to do my Koala homework, and a marked decline in the quality of my work.

Also, I noticed a few times you've expressed disbelief that a new player would read the rules thoroughly (or something like that, you're a little confusing).

I am really big on reading. I love reading instruction manuals for just about anything. It is unfortunate that between the posted setup and the link provided in the setup, and the fact that the general webdiplomacy rules are essentially a code of conduct, there are a lot of unanswered details that I haven't been 100% on, and hence the "newb" questions.

I even PM'ed the GM for clarification on some power roles, but I never got a response (note, I don't think I can discuss GM correspondence nor can I lie about this, nor is this a ploy to convince people I have a role. I'm simply stating I PM'ed the GM asking about how a couple of power roles worked. Jamiet eventually responded in forum instead).
