If the target says I didn’t roleblock them but Bona tracks me to the target, we know the target is mafia.

Bona insists upon trying to resolve this today because he thinks he can win and burn the last miskill. it has to go down this way because if we chain off Bona and s&c then we can probably POE the last person. but if we have to hit 3 in a row it’s way harder.

so we either try to kill a different scum like s&c and test things as I proposed, or we kill Bona

Okay, so who are we never killing anyway? We’re already de facto consenting to losing if they’re mafia. I recognize that’s less than certain and I did state my demand in absolute terms, but I think it still applies if we have a widely townread person.

Dousing notwithstanding obviously, because a big part of this working is that if mafia decide to fuck around by shooting my target and leaving it as Bona’s word against mine, they at least need to be punished for it by Dousing getting a free check (which is basically a full Cop check now).
