I do not understand why Chaqa and Eden are suddenly trolling me.

I cannot "read the room". I'm a sociable guy but certain nuances elude me especially in a text based forum. I read the actual words posted and I interpret them and react to them as best I can.

At this point Eden and Chaqa's behaviour towards me, treating me like an idiot, when I am doing my best, is upsetting me so I'm going to take quite a few hours out.

my issues with s&c's claim:

- three town PRs is a lot, and I certainly believe Dousing ahead of s&c. obviously this argument plausibly indicts me as well
- Bodyguard is the easiest fakeclaim because it is neither self-confirming (vig, rb) nor requires guesswork to produce information (vanilla cop, tracker)
- their explanation is, on a quick read, internally consistent (but I haven't compared vs their past posts yet), but it does nothing to contradict the explanation that they're mafia
- the initial reaction to Dousing seemed more like panic from being caught out rather than playing up outrage... and there's also the issue that openly challenging Dousing only reinforces them as a mafia target by contrast to s&c being mafia. mafia would just see TvT and know something is up

I already acknowledged that bodyguard is a poor role for me because it doesn't give me information to prove my claim. Consequently, yes, it's a great claim for Mafia to make.
I firmly disagree with your last point. You really think I panicked and acted like a ninny for the first time in the game? Dousing has been pressuring me all game. If I'm emotional enough to make a stupid outburst like that, I probably would have made one long ago.

Three town PRs would mean mafia took two upgrades. I think that is *possible* but not likely.

I think them taking three upgrades is super improbable, so if ANYONE ELSE is a PR now is probably the time to think about claiming because then we know one of these is a fake.

I know you feel strongly about it, but if you have time I encourage you to look at Damo's posts again. If they are not vanilla cop, I am legitimately confused by their play.

Lastly, what power(s) do you think Mafia would take? If Eden or Bona are actually powered instead of Mafia, then that would mean Mafia took a power.

Because they suddenly seemed to jump on me after N1 for no apparent reason. I figured they scanned me. And since I was seeing evidence of good players being very reticent, and certainly the cop wouldn't want to out themselves, I concluded that damo was Vanilla cop.

Did you consider Dousing could have been the cop for the same reason?

I'm going to refrain from casting any suspicion on others, since apparently that has been getting me in trouble all game (not to mention my prime suspects keep turning up Town). Furthermore, I am going to refrain from voting. Since any vote can be construed as Mafia voting in self-defense.

No actually. They seemed to genuinely be defending Koala, even though I thought Koala was being massively suspicious.

So I believed their narrative that they thought Koala was town, was defending them, became suspicious of me because in their eyes I was crusading against two towns in a row.

Whereas damo just jumped on me out of the blue. Which felt like more of a vanilla cop scan on me.

You're right, I am panicking now. Not only am I under serious pressure for the first time, but I know that if I'm voted out today then we are probably doomed.

Barring more lying about town roles, we are looking at a Mafia that took two powers. On top of misskilling me today, I don't see how Town wins.

I did not see damo mentioning you until 12:52 left in D2, is that what you are referring to?
