Jamie's vote put damo ahead 4-3, damo tied the vote 17 seconds later, then Chaqa voted for KoalaAttack 53 seconds after that. If Chaqa thought there was time for KoalaAttack to take the lead, I think he would have thought there was time to see if someone would break the tie by voting for damo, if Chaqa wanted damo to be the DK.
