I thought about that also, but since there could have been two nurse's kit that both visited brainbomb, I actually wouldn't know for sure if I was countering town or scum.

No because lets say durga is scum. Then killing you is a bad play. Keeping you alive keeps you in doubt. As long as theres doubt scum can let town shred itself like coleslaw at a barbeque

@Xorxes: Do you mean "used up" rather than "wasted"? Rather rude of you to suggest that saving a certain player's life would be a "waste", surely?

Presuming you mean "used up" then YES, if it happened to be the case that on the same night, both people with a Nurse's Kit target the same person, AND that person is attacked in any way during that same night, THEN both Nurse's Kits would be expended.
