Re-reading Kak, they made a point to at least mention, if not directly interact with, every player in the game. Now the quantity/quality of those interactions are debatable, but they didn't purposefully avoid any particular person. Just working through in my own head that mafia would probably hope to keep a broad distance through the game.

koalers should know better but i'm unsure how alignment-indicative it is. his scum game last time had some highly obvious tells, so if he was to be scum, he'd have to switch it up.

you're claiming credit for something you didn't do

If you actually read my discussion with ghug you would see I specifically said the only person who can claim credit is whoever the mystery AwesomeNinja is who shot Kak.

I am simply claiming that my Impersonation roleplay drew out reactions from people. And I assume the mystery AwesomeNinja who shot Kak did this based on Kak's posts or reactions. Maybe the ones to me, maybe some others – we'll never know until all is revealed when the game ends.

I do claim credit for drawing out reactions from people, which can be used as "food for thought" by others to analyze. But also, if you are going to replace ghug to continue this argument, I don't really care enough on my end...

I give up trying to convince folks on this – but I will say that I play this game for fun and I'll play it however I feel like playing it, damn it. Or stop playing if there is only one accepted way to play that's not as fun for me. I submitted some Player Submitted Thoughts along the lines of "I'm allergic to people telling me how to play a silly forum game I play for fun" earlier.

I was going to make a deez nuts joke at EON but chickened out when I realized those jokes aren't actually that funny.

I don't have secret info, I just wanted to take advantage of the closed setup by fake claiming something mysterious and I was curious to see how people would react. The day was going so slowly and something had to happen.

I am curious if the global townread on me was in part because Mafia didn't want to risk calling my bluff. (While I'd expect town to not be worried about pushing me when I was clear I had no PR powers) But with the Kak flip that's a much stronger thing to base things off instead of my reaction test so I'm not reading too much into it anymore.

3) You are 100% correct. I do believe that I explicitly and clearly stated that the rationale for the gimmick was to avoid folks using my meta from past games – because Bona has warned me I'm going to get D1 voted for my Mafia deeds in our Mafia chat last game. And I stated this before this game stated, committing to it regardless of my alignment in advance. Now I am simply following through as promised, which as rdrivera correctly called it is ironically my true meta.

Are you implying I shouldn't have believed you? But our discussion was in a Mafia chat, where presumably you have no reason to lie to me at the time. I think it was just banter at the time, but you know what they say about every joke has a pinch of truth in it... But now you are suggesting this was what, an intentional fake-out for a future game's sake? Nah, I don't buy it.
