did you know that the Mafia Council was formed after M18, M19 when in M18 the GM of the game was banned (wjessop), for having multiple accounts. Mid game the co gm bosox was forced to take over duties as the GM on april fools day and players were not sure if it was a joke or not.

during M18 multiple fights broke out between the GM and the players as wjessop fought with players over rules and wording of his jailor role.



M19 was a role madness game ran by vash, chaqa and captainmeme. The game began with every player getting a role PM saying they were the town vigilante. The game was a prank which went over with mixed reviews. Some
players were outraged others found it hilarious. Fluminator was the only person who was given a VT role. no gun.

after these games the council was created to require players to submit their setups for approval.

After the council was formed in may of 2016, HellenicRiot, Captainmeme and Fluminator were the first council members. When M20 came up for review council member Fluminator agreed to review and help co gm with brainbomb, yoyoyozo and himself.
During the setup build a mini game was created on a private discord server. During the game a fight broke out between durga and brainbomb and in a drunken rage brainbomb deleted the ongoing game and deleted the entire server.
As a result the council banned brainbomb from
GMing games on webdip, and banned brainbomb from
playing games as well.

two months later brainbombs ban was lifted and he was allowed to play again. 7 months later his GMing ban was also lifted. Brainbomb went on to GM multiple games and represented webdiplomacy in world mafia championships in seasons 4 and 5.
