I don't know any of you all, but I'm trying to make enemies as fast as possible. That's my strategy

talk to us about this strategy. you said youve played one other mafia game and played as town. can you describe that experience?

This was a joke. Making enemies actually isn't my strategy. But I'm not sure I have one at all

The town game i played was a good learning experience but terrible play. Someone would propose a suspect and lay out evidence, then pretty much the whole group voted for them if the case made sense. It would be a miskill and the person who proposed the first person would be the next target. Mafia ran away with the game with none being caught.

We collectively learned the lesson that having multiple wagons is more informative than trying to reach consensus. And that having a bad/incorrect read on someone is not a sign of scum trickery

I hate Chaqa's reaction even knowing full well it's somewhere between 95% and 100% sure to be a joke. He's taking the bit of not wanting to be here way too far for my liking. I'm happy with where my vote is for now but open to basically any non-lurker/inactive vote not mentioned above

I mean, I'm not sure what to believe. I think he could be. When i initially voted, multiple people spoke up to say "it's a joke, don't take it at face value" and you guys all know his typical play style. I do not so i put stock in the joke theory. Never fully knew what to think.

Re: voting for bad behavior. I just mean it's a conditional thing. If he's scum, he had said it at least twice and we're fools to ignore it. If he's town, he's adding an element of doubt and confusion, which is anti-town behavior, and wouldn't be the worst miskill to happen

I mean, I for one don't know Chaqa well at all. But they are my #1 Suspect precisely because of the repeated Mafia claims.

I mean, image you are at a house party. And a friend of a friend needs a ride home. And as you are agreeing to give them the ride, they are like "BTW, I'll pull a gun and carjack you OTW! Haha just joking dude, you should see your face right about now!" ... and one of your friends is like: "Oh, pay no heed, this guy just has a sick sense of humor like that"... and then the guy who needs a ride goes "No, but seriously, I do have a gun in my backpack? Note that I'm not asking you if they are a good person or not. Perhaps they are actually the nicest guy in the universe, who just happens to have a very twisted sense of black humor despite actually being a wonderful person. But would you give them a ride? I certainly would not.
