Now I can see the way lfischl caveated the call outs being scum indicative, but I don't view being overwhelmed as an excuse for someone who has a public persona like swords'

Bona - the Bunny vote tying with himself is obviously NAI, didn't care for the spam, seems to be popularly read as town: NULL+

Bozo - voted TFB only: NULL as ever

brain - vote for bunny introduced Bunny to the frame, weakening townvibes: NULL+

Chaqa - avoided voting Bunny NAI, his doubting my sincerity in believing him to be town is from a town pov only serves to increase my assumption he is: TOWN

Flum: TOWN

ghug: the late Bunny vote seems entirely inappropriate as scum so gonna go out on a limb and say: TOWN

The VCA is basically all NAI or Null besides ghug, who you think is town because there is no reason to switch that late as scum and Koala whose vote seemed scummy to you, but is otherwise townie to you? Why even call it VCA and more when it is really just a sparse readlist?

As for ghug, I think your analysis is off as there is reason for scum!ghug to switch. If he wants to alter scum allocations on any wagon then he has very good reason to change. Not saying he is scum, but just saying that you shouldn't town read the vote.

I will say that given that a person whose name includes "brain" just told me to be very careful about whom I follow, all that reading statements like this implying lack of a brain for my current Suspect List without any coherent logic to it does is makes me go:

+ TFB - Suspicious.
+ Bona - protected by Suspicious and therefore mini-Suspicious.

Dislike this answer. It's like if I ask you what's considered the standard response to E2-E4 in chess to know whether the opponent is playing a standard game or not – and you are like "think about it, what do you think is a best move?"

To Damo's credit he did give a much better answer after I called it out – but that doesn't help dispel the Suspicious of it.


Other than that, you generally went very hard after Damo and as I said anyone with that seeming confidence that early just jumps out at me. Damo Bs probability thing, while sounds like a bad joke, is just a terrible joke from someone who seems to have a reputation as a mathematician on here.

Damo – nothing to do with RB or Doc claims. Everything to do with giving a snarky response to a newbie asking a question trying to understand how to better hunt Mafia being. Why would another Townie want to do this and discourage me from my Mafia-hunting, however mis-guided? I know why a Mafia would.

The point was not to be defensive, the point was to get you to dig deeper and actually make cases that convince a credulous person. You'll find explanations of why I think Bona is town in my post history. It essentially boils down to townie appearing hunting efforts coupled with shitposting that seems to lack the discomfort and fakeness that comes with being mafia trying to fit in. If you want the full logic read those posts. The part you quoted isn't me making the case for bona=town as that is something I had already done. It's me expressing frustration that no one listened.

As for the Damo point, I encourage you to think harder on this case as well and push deeper. There are much more compelling reasons to think of Damo as scum. Explaining mech to newbies is easily faked and not something I would view as AI whether someone chose to do it or didn't imo.
