Eden makes good case against ghug. I liked his points, but Eden for whatever reason is suspicious in my mind, can't shake it, so don't know what to make of that. Brain supports ghug = scum and i trust brain.

Idk what to do. I know bona is like a crazy little monkey, but not sure how that plays into his alignment.

Sorry guys, this game is more chaotic than i expected and i make no promises to keep up with every detail of every action. I know it's asking y'all to do labor for me, but some spark note versions of theories would help me out. Otherwise it's silence and fury, signifying nothing, except without the silence part

Actually I should be nicer.

Believing someone's town or scum shouldn't lead you to conclude their opinions are right or wrong. Brain can be town and wrong about me. Eden could be scum and right about me. Damo and boat can both be town and off track.

I dislike the post because it's a good way to set yourself up to kill people and wash your hands of it, though. You have to get behind your own opinions even if they're formed on the basis of others'. You're going to be held accountable for them regardless.

As a fellow newbie (though 2nd game) who also feels they are playing poorly and who was happy to follow Fluminator before they threatened to mark me as Mafia for it, I empathize.

But I have mixed feelings about BK3K's "I totally understand this sets me up to be manipulated" vs say Swordsman who is just not-here-at-all or even lfischl who seems to barely contribute despite being a veteran.

One last open question to the group before I compile my Cleared Townies List – between:

(A) a hypothetical townie who is a lurker,
(B) a hypothetical townie who is checked-out, and
(C) a hypothetical townie who says "give me cliff notes, I take the risk of being manipulated"

How would you stack-rank these 3 in terms of usefulness to Town winning the game vs the danger of a cakewalk for Mafia?

Except I explicitly told you I'm not confident at all. And I had a pool of 3 on D2 last game too, 100% of which was incorrect :)

I don't know mate, I see people referring to past games all the time. Isn't the entire discussion on people's meta & vibes based on the premise of how they behave in one game being different from prior games?

And aren't the past games public threads at this point?

And aren't all these point something an experienced player such as yourself should know already and not need a newbie like me to tell you?

Is your goal to dig the hole of my suspicion deeper and deeper? Then you are being very successful! :)
