rdr now knows Chaqa may not kill Balki in the a 3 way so would need Balki to vote Chaqa - but that is likely so why change

Chaqa would have to vote rdr but unlikely to get Balki to follow so perhaps more incentive to switch

If this day ends soon, and Bozo is scum, and tomorrow the vote is between me and Chaqa, then whomever casts that vote, please focus on two things:

(1) The subject matter of lfischl’s Day 1 posts and (2) Chaqa’s complete lack of saying anything negative (or anything at all) about lfischl, despite saying lfischl was his leading scum read and voting for lfischl when there was no attention there at all.

Assuming the team is Chaqa/Bozo/lfischl, Chaqa has done something similar here to what he did with lfischl. He casts a bus vote, and then he asks others to switch.

He wants credit for the bus, but his preferred action is obviously to save a teammate.

I didn't remember any time a night was hammered, I suppose it's like day hammer where you can undend if majority wasn't reached. I PMed Jamiet and the night was hammered shortly after so I suppose my hammer was last.

But I also don't see how getting me to vote with you would be easier than you voting for Balki.

In a vacuum, this kill looks incredibly bad for me.

Rivera makes sense b/c he knew I had been townreading him and suspicious of Damo bussing Bozo.

Damo, meanwhile, has little motivation to do this, I think, since he knows in a RDR/Chaqa/Damo three way I'm likely to vote for him. But he also knows Rivera would probably vote for me. But at the same time, how is that easier than killing Rivera and letting Balki make the kill on me?

Interesting, no-one voted for me so far. So I feel I should post this preemptively, just in case folks do vote for me – I don't want this post to come across as being reactive to that.

- I still believe that following through on the binding vote makes the most sense and is the optimal move. For reasons of Pool of Elimination coupled with yavozovic thread.

- If you disagree, I humbly request that you vote for me. The rules say nothing about surviving being a part of the victory conditions AFAICT, merely that our side wins. So when my role as a Townie will be revealed upon my death, that should give the good Townies enough info to win the game IMHO – assuming they will spend the time to carefully re-read the backscroll of last night and today. So I can "pawn sacrifice" myself and it's a win/win either way in my mind.

Think about it – either the above is sincere, so let me do my "pawn sacrifice" if you are not onboard with the binding vote. Or the above is a reverse psychology attempt by a Mafia, so vote me and kill a Mafia. You win either way!

I still think you are town but this post is really bad. If you are town you should not want to sacrifice yourself. Townies have two goals: finding scum and showing they are townies to other town people. Town usually win by forming a town core and not by some next level PR play.

This said, my town core now includes Balki, Koala and Worcej.

I feel Bozo and Chaq seeming just not invested in the game, which is a bit scummy. Lfishcl and Yav are just coasting and are not bad choices too. But I will keep my ##vote Damo, his reads are just platitudes. Town read Bozo for stating the obvious, vibes, feel...

Our Process of Elimination or Pool of Elimination ("POE") is the group of players we narrow down for daykills. If we can avoid moving scum out of our POE, and correctly place enough townies outside of our POE, we win by simply killing everyone in our POE.

Whomever ends up the leading vote getter tonight is going to be someone in the heart of our POE. It is going to be someone who is suspicious to many of us, and who we are going to need to daykill eventually to narrow down the roster. If Mafia want to deny gambler an item by using a night kill on someone squarely in our POE, then that is a win for town, and we'll have a normal Day 2 where we kill someone else in our POE.

Agree with you here, Mafia won’t kill the voted player (if we vote Mafia for obviously reasons and if we vote town they won't kill a sure miskill).

On theory I agree with this idea, as making sure Gambler get an item is great, even with some items being weak. But in practice we might have a voting with less participation as night is shorter and lot of people participate even less at night. We also need to set an "end of voting" time, so the gambler could submit his order without worrying with changes and this might be tricky considering different tome zones and schedules.
