1) Jamie really shows his own ignorance of the U.S. Constitution. See, Jamie, the U.S. Constitution gives the government it's powers and divides it into three different branches of government. It is possible, obviously, to amend or even replace the Constitution. The Constitution was a governing document that replaced the Articles of Confederation so in theory a successor state could replace the Constitution completely through the amendment process this would create a new governing framework. But, the government gets it's power from the Constitution. The rights you speak of come from the amendments or more specifically the Bill of Rights. You know, things like freedom of speech and press that the left hates and calls a charter of negative liberties.

2) Where are the Democrats laying this out? Just read their statements and read the DNC platform. It's there clear as crystal.

3) I need to take a crash course in politics? Haha, how cute and also absurd. The modern democratic party is really just an acceptable front group for the masses and it is a front group for far left fringe lunatics that make up the far-left like communists, Stalinists, marxists, etc. How do I know this? Just look at what they want: group think (anyone who opposes them is a nazi), remove the rights of people to arm themselves (classic communist/fascist removal of weapons and ability of populace to defend themselves), oppress free speech and anyone who thinks differently (shadow banning on social media, efforts to limit assembly or free speech from conservative speakers on college campuses, etc), nationalization of major industries (healthcare and more), etc, etc, et al.

4) The rest of the comments are just absurd comments I mean.. come on. This goes to point 3) label anyone with a different view a nutjob. Seriously? Are you all unable to step outside your bias and see the world for what it is or are you that locked into your little group think marxist cult?
