Re: Twenty Questions - Game 65
I have narrowed it down to 40 Oscar winners that were native English speakers and that died more than 20 years ago. Now checking other conditions.

Re: Twenty Questions - Game 65
Down to 30 US born female Oscar winners that died before 2003. Hair color is somewhat subjective and can change over time. The older pictures are black and white which is also deceptive.
2 names catch the eye: Grace Kelly, which was wrong.
My free guess: Ginger Rogers.

Not Ginger 'Blondie' Rogers.Hamish wrote: ↑Mon Nov 07, 2022 3:45 pmDown to 30 US born female Oscar winners that died before 2003. Hair color is somewhat subjective and can change over time. The older pictures are black and white which is also deceptive.

Re: Twenty Questions - Game 65
'Blonde' is turning out to be less helpful than expected with all those black and white pictures, so I've been careful ruling people out. I've narrowed it down to these 9:
Helen Hayes
Bette Davis
Jane Darwell
Mary Astor
Ethel Barrymore
Joan Crawford
Anne Revere
Anne Baxter
Claire Trevor
No names that ring a bell for me.... I'm out.

Re: Twenty Questions - Game 65
Woo-hoo, I got one.
It's been a while.
But it was a collective effort for sure.
Thanks Damo.
