Civil disorder rules
Is there a place where i can dins the rules on civil disorder (what causes it, effect on RR, etc)?
Re: Civil disorder rules
Just ask any questions here.
Civil disorders are usually caused by two successive NMRs by a country. An NMR is "no moves received". This forces a country into CD.
Reliability rating has a formula based on percentages. Basically you take the percentage of turns that you didn't NMR, and the percentage of games that you didn't CD, and average them. Then you cube it. It looks a little complicated, but basically to improve RR, have a high percentage of moves and games where you don't NMR and CR.
Re: Civil disorder rules
Like you want them all to hold? I think as long as you hit save, it shouldnt be an NMR. If there are the instead of the check mark when phase processes, it will be an NMR though.
Re: Civil disorder rules
yes. it should be noted though that if a player checks the board at any point between NMRs, they will not CD.
Re: Civil disorder rules
Ohh, that was what I tried to ask.
But if we really want to leave the game, we can ask mods to replace us with another player, right?

Yes. If it's a public game, it's pretty straightforward. For private games, it requires a forum announcement due to the password issue.
