and at any rate the thing to keep in mind is that you need to make the distinction between things you dislike and think are bad versus things that actually make sense from the perspective of an informed minority

I think in that sense RHK's aggression and condescending behavior is something i dislike but it doesn't particularly mean he has a mafia role.

in contrast, i think the way sabi is playing basically perfectly fits for an informed minority - they're playing from the sidelines, interjecting ito arguments but not really trying mafia at any point, and are mostly doing things like contradicting other people's arguments as to why someone is mafia and trying to stay out of the fray, keep their hands clean. the whole schtick about "being scared to mess up" by voting on a day 2 elim was absurdly performative - that's not the thoughts of a townie who is trying to figure things out and pick a side. that's someone who's trying to look townie but doesn't have the proper perspective and is acting concerned about a decision that is not actually all that critical.

wolfu's comments about Sabi here are similar to why I am worried wolfu is a hidden mafia, he has not been pushing anyone is a way that was likely to make them suspicious of him. For instance, his focus on Sabi N2 was not likely to draw suspicion from anyone except Sabi, and it is possible he was trying to set up a Sabi mis-kill D3 (before the RHK claim plan was decided).

i doubt he's faking commuter yes because it puts him in a 1v1 as mafia for very questionable reasons, where he could just claim the scan and probably get away with it every time

The scum read of damo for wanting to hammer D2 seems like it could be made with the knowledge that RHK would eventually flip scum, since wolfu later said he doubted RHK's claim was fake. He could have just assumed damo also believed RHK's claim.

Trying to hammer before everyone has the chance to post is suspicious. However, it seems almost too suspicious for damo to have done as scum in that situation. The way Bonatogether and wolfu handled the claim seems more in line with how I would expect the mafia, expecting the claim, to react. That is why I thought damo could have been the day vig, setting himself up as an alternate DK to RHK, so that the mafia would get another kill either way. It is still possible he is the backup and was planning on getting DKed after RHK, when he became the new vengeful.

This does not seem like an interaction between scum teammates, and what Bonatogether was pushing for, if I had been DKed first, would have been an auto loss for town (assuming Rumi Tobari would not have quit).

bear in mind when i say this: i have been working all day, i haven't logged in to read the game since when i posted last night (est). i have basically no context at all for what happened and am only piecing it together from how people are talking about it

i would agree there's a fair deal of scum motivation/benefit in hammering to end the day early but i'd have to reread to see how it happened
