So, at some anti-something rally , a Bernie supporter, carrying an American flag, is beaten by anti-fa for his 'fascist symbol' (the American flag).

There is simply NO EXCUSE for this behavior, yet not only many on here, but politicians continue to think anti-fa is 'okay'

They are NOT ok They continue to redefine the word 'fascist' on an almost daily basis, to fit their narrative, and then once they have you classified as a 'nazi' they, and many here, think its okay to start beating on people.

This continues to boggle my mind, how the left loves these idiots who are doing all this

The right is no better over the last almost 40 years. What they once supported has fallen so far that most of them would be rejected as leftist by the old right.

They used to support fiscal responsibility and balancing the budget. But ever since Reagan came to office, spending as much as possible is fine as long as it keeps them in power. Even the Gingrich Contract with America was a public relations ploy that was rarely enacted. Even the budget surplus in the last years of the Clinton administration was already heeding that way before they came to power.

It really fell down under Bush II where budget deficits were "reduced" by shoving expenses into off budget spending packages that didn't count except the money still was being borrowed and spent.

Personal freedoms and rights were for a select few after 9/11 and the Patriot Act which allowed the government to spy on US citizens and bar them from knowing unless a special court released information.

The list goes on ….

The left is allowing some groups free rein, but at least occasionally they do consider if they have gone too far. Meanwhile the right lets Trump mostly do what he wants because he isn't a Democrat.

Anti fa has reined (not reign which means ruler's period in power) in some people that claim to be part of the movement, but act in ways that aren't.

Please waste your own time looking for references because Google, Bing, and other search engines are truly terrible at narrowing this type of search by treating the Boolean "and" as an "or" for some reason despite claims to the contrary.
