I think it also plausibly implies that he’s not sure what is going on exactly, but he knows that we’ve talked about him being the contingency casualty if there is a bomb, so he’s not excited about the prospect of blowing up if indeed there is one. Could be true regardless of alignment or knowledge of bomb

I think I can satisfactorily be the 7th. However, it's me really going into it blindly and trusting you Jamie, Eden, and Chaqa. You three seem to be driving this more than anyone else.

Seems investigative conversation has all but dried up. Meanwhile, I'm looking at the previous days and just wondering how the heck it was down to Byz and Damo and Vecna flailed, ending on Damo after back and forth with ghug. Vecna who hasn't made an appearance yet.

I think I can satisfactorily be the 7th. However, it's me really going into it blindly and trusting you Jamie, Eden, and Chaqa. You three seem to be driving this more than anyone else.

My take is extremely motivated because I scrapped with Byz a fair bit D1 so take it with a grain of salt, but from my perspective:

Byz and I had a very turgid back-and-forth for most of D1 which was mostly a result of genuine playstyle differences. Byz indicated he was busy in other games and having trouble staying afloat. However, near the end of D1 he essentially just started making shit up about me and arguing in a transparently disingenuous way about our conversation, so Bona and I tried to kill him. (Jamie had also caught him in a bit of duplicity, and Chaqa and Rumi were sufficiently unimpressed with Byz’s honesty to vote him as well. ghug tried to break a tie by voting Byz, but shenanigans occurred.)

Sabi ran up damo basically on nothing but sheer force of will and was consciously protecting Byz, who is a friend of Sabi’s from another site. A few townies were more impressed by how loud and confident Byz and Sabi were than by logic and reason and voted for damo. I think some mafia were on the damo train too.

As for those shenanigans, basically the wagons were tied with about five minutes to go, and ghug and Vecna simultaneously moved to break the tie in opposite directions, which actually preserved the tie. They ended up scrambling around trying not to tie, and both ended up damo, making it 7-5. Pyx came in from the top of the key at the last second to vote Byz but was too late (iirc) to count (not that it would have changed the outcome).
