Looking at Snowy's progression on Princess Neon today:

Page 179, he thinks Neon "looks good enough" (implying a townlean?)

And you know I was a bit tongue in cheek earlier about making my list be ghug + 5 low posters because I entirely forgot you have to be excruciatingly explicit about everything you say around here or nobody even considers what might be being said but you look at all the top posters and they all look very clear from cursory glance, like Eden and worcej are obvtown, Jamiet looks great, Rumi and Neon look good enough, idk about Sabi or Chaqa but I wouldn't bet on it so it's natural to point to some of the low posters and say hey these guys are probably scum

This is an extremely lazy progression from someone "looking good" to starting a fresh wagon on them for what appears to be OMGUS at best.

And this is coming from someone who was quick to tell us that he doesn't usually need to defend himself because he is so good at scumhunting that he just eviscerates scum until he is fearkilled.

No such performance evidenced today.

I continue to strongly townread Princess Neon and note that Snowy, Eden and Ghug have not presented a case as to why they think she is scum.

Talk me through the whole big exchange between myself and Princess Neon, earlier this phase, regarding Neon thinking she was in possession of a "Vanilla Town" nametag, and tell me how you can honestly believe that was a complete fabrication by lying scum!Neon?

Most of it is on pages 158 and 159 but it continues for a few posts after that too.

Are you genuinely persuaded that Neon is that good of an actress, for all that to have been 100% scum performance?
(No offence, Neon, if you are in fact a superlative actress, but that exchange convinced me that you're town).

Can you point to a post where I specifically argued that Snowy and Rdrivera were a scum pair? I've previously clarified to you that I was not specifically pairing or connecting them in any particular way, I just scumread them both.

Ok so I actually think, to be honest, that you've exposed a strange inconsistency in Rdr's behaviour, whatever the reason. I would speculate that he was paralysed by indecision and didn't want to be seen saving a team mate?

You postulated, when I pointed out to you that my case on rdrivera that you were immediately very supportive of was based on a town v town (damo v snowy) EOD1, that rdrivera’s decisionmaking was explainable with snowy as a teammate. I did not press you further on that theory then. I am now.

Since you are adamant that you have not made any attempt to identify snowy and rdrivera as teammates despite what I am quoting, how do you justify not trying to connect your two highest scumreads?

I am back home after picking my daughter at a party. I think this will be the first of many and it's discouraging. Can't even drink.

Anyway, I think someone asked me why Vecna. I usually can easily town read him on his catch up posts where it's easy to follow his thought process. This game I didn't see this and the only moment he seems excited was when Demon was editing the rules document, which is weird.

My goal as a parent is to do exactly what you just did - raise my kids to know to call me no matter what. Don’t hide it, don’t do something that can ruin your life (drink and drive), just call me and I’ll get you.

So, long winded way to say to you (as a parent too) that you did the right thing. Not that you needed to hear that lol

I wish score was like hidden so people didn’t feel the need to compare

We had fun with you and that was before the devs created an entire DLC centered around a mechanic that would be perfect for our comparative level of skill

I feel bad we stopped doing the weekly session, I just burnt out on the game super hard and my past experience is that if I’m burnt out, I suck at hiding it and tank the atmosphere for the group without meaning to

anyway for something relevant, I quite dislike how much Bona is coasting. I know he was being cheeky with his “I’m caught up so I’ll dip” post, but I suspect he has reached the point of self-aware memeing that he knows he can just openly say that as mafia, actually do it and show open disdain for pretending to solve, and not get called on it. Kind of like how Chaqa does his “we need to stop the scum theater” or “I am the Godfather” chutzpah, but with less audacity and more goofiness. I don’t know if I expect him to sink enormous effort into solving like he did in say M73 (which had the legendary SIMP analysis among other efforts), but I figured he would actually try when he caught up and saw the listlessness of the thread.
