We're building a community to run regular Blitz (live) games here, with games coming in between 2 and 2.5 hours long. The general rules are:

Rulebook Press (No negotiation in Retreats or Builds)
Anonymous
5min/phase Diplomacy phases, 2min/phase Retreats/Builds
Sum of Squares Scoring
1908 End Year (Force draw if the game reaches the end of '08)
