Hereon I suggest with each game set up it is explicitly stated whether mafia can no kill and in which circumstances if any either team is forced to kill and in which circumstances a draw may be the result.

I'm fine with this.

I would suggest the default should be that both sides can opt for a "no kill", both during Days and Nights, but I'd also be open to setups where it isn't allowed.

Yes, it requires changing the permissions in the server which isn’t a big deal, I just forgot to

You can turn the server public and create permanent invite links
