As a scholar of law and public policy currently doing a PhD based heavily on the econometric effects of legislation, I have great respect for your education. I just wouldn't classify either of us as a scientist.

I'm calling BS on that one.
To call economics a science is misleading at best.
Google "Milton Friedman" "Free to Choose" "New York Times bestseller" and you will see this book was indeed a bestseller.
